Idk about you guys but was I the only one getting Gatsby af vibes from this pic? With the sparkly, mid length dress and the red lips and the piano it’s like a modern take on flappers and the 1920’s.

Taylor did say she was ‘feeling so Gatsby for that whole year’. Maybe she was also feeling Gatsby/Fitzgerald for a whole album?

The next lines of TIWWCHNT then says ‘so why’d you have to rain on my parade? I’m shaking my head, I’m locking the gates.” Right? Well we know reputation happened BECAUSE she locked the gates, because they rained on her parade. What happened before reputation was her other album. What happened before her locking the gates was Taylor feeling all Gatsby. I could be crazy but????
