I NEED YOUR HELP!!

I’m chronically ill and my health is failing..

I’m too sick to work right now, and my chronic pain is controlling my life. My medication is so expensive it’s putting me far into debt, to the point that I can’t pay my rent, bills, or even get necessities..

In between having to travel to specialists and doctors, I have no money. I’m three months behind in bills and my power is going to be shut off if I can’t pay it. Everything I have goes towards bills and my meds that I NEED.

I’m trying to literally STAY ALIVE! This is serious, and something I wouldn’t wish on anyone..

If you can donate anything, it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Okay - I am not mad at you, person who I reblogged this from, but it’s something I see a lot, so I gotta address.

Posts like these are really, really obviously fake.

Like, a ton of these contradict each other, and are patently ridiculous. (Ex: Trans-ethnic is not a thing, unless you are one race and literally adopted by a family, almost always white, who is another. It does not describe ‘your soul’ being another race. It’s a word that came from adoptees to describe their experience. To say otherwise is either a) gross and racist, or b) TROLLING.)

I will bet you dollars to donuts that this is a troll account made to mock trans/mentally ill people. And I will win. (The username is ‘reclaimtheslurs’ - it’s been deleted. Mm-hmm.)

I’m sorry, but obviously fake posts being shown off as “THAT’S TUMBLR FOR YOU” make me kind of annoyed, so. I’m gonna say so.

^All that. And posts like this are such a form of subtle bullying toward people who identify as “too many labels,” which is inevitably PoC kids, MOGAI kids, and/or disabled kids, whether the OPs mean them to be or not. It encourages these confused, isolated young people not to seek out new labels or communities or understandings about themselves, and if they do, it encourages them to hide it and to shame others who don’t hide what they are, or can’t do it as well. It’s so toxic.
