I was pleasantly surprised to find a very similar photo; I took the top one two weeks ago (on Halloween) and the bottom one in June 2017. Besides the eight years and about four months difference, the best way to see the difference between the photos is by the branch of the fir tree that slopes downwards towards the water.
At least two trees are missing today, but several deciduous tree species are sprouting up not only in their place.
