Awww! Yes it is still on going! I'm sort of taking a bit of a break between things at the moment while I finalize some details for the remaining chapters. I have like half of the next chapter written but I haven't quite finished it yet. Work has been insane lately and so has real life so it's been hard to find the motivation and inspiration to write...or draw...or anything. Hopefully though it'll be out soon for you all to enjoy! Thank you so much for your continued support! And I'd be more than happy to add in some filler chapters just for fun if you've got ideas since the story is coming up on the final chapters soon. I don't really want it to end yet tbh. It's been so awesome writing it for so many years and therapeutic that I'm not ready to let it go yet!

Wine and Mun Refs

Mun:

Younger brother to Wine

Very quiet, doesn’t like to show off his face because it scares people so he often wears a mask to cover it. He likes the ones with designs on them the best. FIercely protective of his brother, nearly subservient similar to how Mutt is with Black. Does all the dirty work for Wine. His shirts are usually dark or skeleton related. Owns a lot of heavy metal shirts…really likes chains and belts too. He wears studded combat boots most often. He has a heavy Irish accent like his brother, they run a crime family that does a lot of shady stuff. 

Unlike the other skeletons they’ve been on the surface for a majority of their time. Their version of the Underground is more like an actual Underground headquarters. Similar to crime families finding speakeasy’s and such to do most of their business.

Wine:

Older brother to Mun

Always impeccably dressed. He runs the streets with an iron fist. No one crosses him or they usually end up with some snazzy new concrete boots. He always wears a nice pressed suit that costs more than most houses. But you’ll never see him with a speck on him. Usually that’s reserved for his bloodhound Mun to take care of. Though you should be careful if you see him take off his suit jacket roll up his sleeves. He doesn’t like to get his hands dirty but he will if you piss him off. Heavy Irish accent. Loves to drink and smoke illegal cigars (human or magical it doesn’t matter) Get him drunk enough though and he’s like a purring kitten…that has wandering hands and an appetite for chaos.

Mun doesn’t let him drink that much though. Can’t have too much discourse in the mob after all. Back in the Underground he’s the same as he is on the Surface. Tough. Smart. And keen on getting whatever her wants. But he’s fair and a good crime boss. His underlings are extremely loyal to him and would follow him anywhere. (Not just out of fear of those fancy concrete boots)

Their version of Reader was your typical “Good Girl”, wrong place, wrong time. She was taken by a rival mob and held hostage to extort money and territory from Wine. When she was finally found…well…there was no rival mob to speak of afterwards…

Still working on an Au title for them, I’m kind of thinking maybe Mobswap? Something like that but I’m not sure yet. Hope you guys like them! I’m totally happy with fan art of them though I would appreciate it if you wouldn’t take credit for their designs nor claim them or their AU as your own.
