We are the ONLY species that consumes milk from another species🤦🏻♀️ Healthy, dairy-free alternatives DO exist and they’re so accessible these days (plus you can always make your own!)🥛🍦 I grew up eating tons of dairy and being told to drink as much milk as possible to grow “big & strong” — the GOT MILK ads really brainwashed me too! It’s a shame those celebrities had no clue they were endorsing the unethical treatment of animals and supporting something that’s detrimental to our health.

When you were born your mother produced milk to feed YOU (and you alone). Cows are no different. The part you don’t hear about is when they’re artificially inseminated against their will to become pregnant (it’s violent and painful to put it lightly) to produce milk. Their babies are ripped away from them at birth and are either sentenced to death or will face the same fate as their mother. The milk that was meant to make the calf grow to be 400 pounds becomes the milk humans consume🤢

These sentient beings deserve so much more than to be tortured, raped and slaughtered for fleeting moments of pleasure.
