Andy, what are you doing? I’m getting healthier snacks for the shoeshine stand. Chris is a food genius.
Day 610:
I did it! Today is the day when I held my first unsupported handstand! I only was able to hold it for a second or two, but now I plan to make my next challenge holding it longer :)
Fitness is fun, friends. Never let the difficulties and the time commitment keep you down. Blast some of your favorite jams, watch Netflix while you do it, or just work out with friends. Because you can totally do it if you set your mind to it. Make a goal to start this September and see what you can do. Make a challenge for yourself. Maybe start with a small challenge and add on to it. Anything is possible if you give it a solid effort and a smile :)

Jessie Graff makes history by being the first woman to make it past stage 1 of American Ninja Warrior.
Talk about inspirational. What a run. I was on the edge of my seat for this last night! Jessie Graff is my biggest fitness inspiration. I am going to train to be like her someday!
Day 604:
WooH! Workouts have been fun. This is from the skatepark that we’ve been going to. It’s be a great way to work on cardio, leg strength, arm strength, etc. I’m not the most graceful at muscle-ups yet, but I’ll get there! Free running has basically been a blast!
We’ve also been going to a small workout park that has a series of bars that we use for pull-ups, dips, rolls, core, balance, and plenty of other stuff. It’s been a fun adventure!

Day 596:
Today was a blast. We went to a local skatepark super early in the morning and we did some free running. Also known as a playout. We climbed the walls, we ran on the walls, we did muscle-ups, balanced on bars, and so much more. A lot of running, jumping, and climbing. But boy was it a fantastic workout :) Get out and play! Enjoy fitness for the fun it is :)

@dboybaker this is gunna be you
Haha you’re so right 😂
Day 591:
Gosh I’m sorry for my absence on Tumblr. I haven’t been slacking, I promise. In fact, I’m been working out almost every day. I can do a lot of pull-ups and chin-ups now and I’m so happy about it! I’ve been posting more to Instgram lately instead of Tumblr because I can get lazy about posting to Tumblr.
It’s so fun when you have a home gym set up in your garage. Working out has been so much easier. Especially that I’m home now with my brother and he works out with me.
It’s been a great summer! If you wanna keep more up to date with my workouts, check out my instagram @inspired2Bstronger ! I’ll try to be better about updating here too!
Side note: I’ll happily take any challenges you guys want to throw my way! Feel free to send messages any time :)
Thanks for hanging in with me! :)

Day 575:
I am so thrilled with where my workouts have gotten me. Especially lately. I've done a bad job of logging my routine daily because it's become a routine. I made a goal with some family/friends to potentially participate in a Spartan Race this fall. So I have started training hardcore for that. Now that I'm home, I have the gym in our garage. I've worked very hard on gaining upper body strength. I've also worked a lot on grip strength. Pull ups are starting to come easier to me now, I can do lateral traverses on the pull up bar. Inverted rows are fun. I even go to the playground and do a lot of monkey bar stuff. Also, I've done a lot of cardio boxing with the punching bag. And squats, jumps, jump squats, and leg lifts. I've also worked on just holding myself in different positions to practice strength endurance. It's been challenging, but I exercise for hours each day now. In intervals. It's great. I can't wait to see how far I can go in a race. 7/27/16
No matter what happens, no matter how crazy things get, I’ll always try to restore balance.
BREAKING NEWS: Brie Larson To Play CAPTAIN MARVEL
Room Oscar-winner Brie Larson is taking the lead as Captain Marvel, marking the first time a woman will play the title character in a Marvel Studios movie.
“Let me clarify,” Feige said. “Captain Marvel has gone by many names in the comics, has had many people who’ve inhabited that costume and used that power base. I want to make it very clear: This hero’s name is Carol Danvers.”

I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS
Day 571: I'm visiting Nashville this weekend and I went for a fun run with my boyfriend! It was super hot and hilly, but sill fun! I also found a Clefable, so hurrah! 7/23/16
Day 566: Today was insane. I pretty much did an all-day interval training course. I can't even count how many pull-ups I did. I also started working on lateral traverses too. Super difficult but very beneficial. Other workouts I did include: jumping squats, lunges, dips, push-ups, push-up planks, leg raises (weighted), inverted rows, elevated push-ups, bench press, punches, kicks, and more. I also biked 3.5 miles in 29 minutes. Huzzah! I'm already sore. Tomorrow will be interesting ;) 7/18/2016
Challenge yourself today. Push yourself father. Even if by just one step. Because you never know where that one extra step could bring you.
