MakeFoam Waste Easier to Handle with GREENMAX
oam waste like EPE, EPP, and EPS always looks harmless at first—until it starts piling up. It takes space, costs money to move, and quickly becomes a burden in daily operations.
That was the situation in a German foam packaging operation working with customers across Europe, especially in medical, electronics, and solar sectors.
To deal with it more efficiently, a GREENMAX foam recycling machine Z-C200 was brought in.
The change was pretty straightforward:
About 30 tons of foam processed each month
From 4 workers down to 1 operator
Much smoother, more stable day-to-day handling
What really made the difference wasn’t just the machine, but the way it was run. After adjusting the feeding method (smaller batches, around 1–2 pieces at a time) and tuning settings based on different foam types, the operation became noticeably more stable with fewer blockages.
In the end, it’s not just about having the right equipment—it’s about making it fit into real working conditions.
And with recycling pressure increasing across Europe, that kind of practical efficiency is becoming less of an upgrade and more of a necessity.
