I have bad news because I made this blog when I was younger than 23 and somehow I am now 29 and still alive and just as sad

Depression is just an endless cycle of having no energy ➡️ falling behind on work ➡️ being stressed that you're behind on work ➡️ panicking and catching up on work ➡️ having no energy because you just forced yourself to do so much work ♾
