These are my pics for the fic i illustrated for the In the Flesh Big Bang. I didn’t have the time to colour them, and only managed to fit 2 in the deadline, though i’m wanting to do at least one more, there are more scenes i’d like to draw x3
I got paired with @undeadbambiboy and they wrote a great fic you can enjoy just following THIS link. It’s been my first time in a Big Bang and it’s been quite interesting, i hope i can join again : B

Is this still happening? Nothing's been posted here on on AO3 for nearly a week? If we are meant to be posting should we stick to order or date, I'm very confused.

As much as we hoped this wouldn’t happen, of course nobody can influence the things that happen in the authors personal life. In all cases though, the fic’s of the those authors are simply postphoned and will be posted.
We will of course post posts on here as soon as they’re posted.

Strange and Beautiful
Because of the nature of this fanfiction and how it was posted, I’m not going to be posting the whole fanfiction to tumblr. It’s 45,000 words long and 11 chapters and I posted it all in one sitting haha. I wrote it for the In the Flesh Big Bang (their blog is intheflesh-bigbang), and on the AO3 page it has illustrations done by the wonderful itfdoodles. Not only would posting it here be pointless and take a needlessly long time, I also don’t want to mess up the layout I have on AO3 that so nicely accomidated Reese’s art
But I did want to make an “official” post about it on my writing blog, since, well… this is my writing blog lmao.
Summary:

is it okay for the artists to share their drafts/art with the authors this early or should they only get to see it when its posting time?
Sure! The artists can send the authors their art whenever they want! :)
Just make sure that, if you are sending drafts, your author get's the finished art at least 3 days before the posting date- we will message all artists with the posting dates of their author's fic, you should be able to do the math yourself then ;)

A bit after the drafts of the art were due, meaning either on August 21st or 22nd.

ARTISTS OF THE BIGBANG: DRAFTS DUE INFO
Artists: As you know, the drafts of your artworks are due to send in on August 20th.
We named it "Drafts due date" for a good reason: You don't have to submit perfectly finished pictures, just submit them at the stage of work you're at. The drafts due date exists to make sure that in emergencies in which for some reason you can't continue working on your artworks, we at least have some drafts that can be included in the fics when they are posted.
Of course though, if you submit only a first sketch, this may be a sign for yourself that you need to start working on finishing the artworks since posting of the fics begins on September 1st ;)
Please submit drafts of all of your artworks (meaning, if you signed up as a "normal" artist, at least 2) on August 20th.
You can either use our submit form on tumblr for this, or, even better, send it to us per mail to [email protected]
Remember to, with your submission, also include your url and the url of your author.
(We will send this info per email to every artist too in a day or so to make sure it reaches everyone)
