I made this a few weeks ago when the recent CROB summer update came out. It’s not the best but I tried 😭😭

Under the cut is my explanation on how I was going about this!! 😼😼

So I kind of thought the costumes that came in the face the trial update had like a color pattern yk? So I thought it would be nice if Roguefort had like a color scheme that went along with it!(also uh Roguefort’s hat is supposed to have one of langue de chat’s flowers on it ifykyk)

I tried to make the pattern on Roguefort’s shirt look like moonflowers because they’re tropical flowers that bloom at night time, I just thought it fit them well!

Sorry if they look a little weird, I wanted to show off the shirt so I was doing the pose off their prisoner costume! I also added the shadow Roguefort has in their story sprites because I thought it looked cool. I was very hesitant to post this because of those reasons (and because I think I could have done better) but maybe next time I’ll give this an another shot!! I do think my main problem was the color scheme, I was aiming for complementary, but I think they need a little bit of a retry 😔 I just wanted to get this out there

blorbofication to me is when you love a character in such a laser focus way that you somewhat detach them from the narrative from which they are inserted and treat them in a way roughly similar to how you'd treat an oc for which you still have no story and just like to put them in situations just for fun. which there's nothing wrong with btw, it's just that it can easily lead to people forgetting the character engine in a narrative and not just a barbie doll
