Ellana had no idea who had took the time to place Mistletoe all over Skyhold. She had her suspicions, namely Sera. Perhaps Varric had played a part in it as well. "Would you look at that," Ellana had murmured to Cass as they found themselves standing under a bundle of mistletoe that had been strung up inside the war room. The rest of the advisers had been staring at the two with peculiar faces for quite some time before Ellana had figured out why.

Feeling daring, Ellana had slid an arm around Cassandra's waist to pull the Seeker closer. "Merry Wintersend, Cass," she whispered against the corner of her jaw before planting a fervid kiss to the woman's lips.

As soon as Ellana’s present to Moaya had been pressed to her neck, Moaya pressed her lips to the others, small smile lighting up her face. “I’ll be right back!” She disappeared, slipping back into the room from the balcony on which Ell had found her.

She grew paranoid that Ell would not like her gift. Moaya often worried of such things, and this whole ‘wintersend’ tradition was not something of the norm with the Dalish; this was Moaya’s first year celebrating it.

Upon her return, Moaya’s smile was sheepish as she brought her present from behind her back. “You’re always up for new daggers, right?” Moaya had them made just this morning.

A soft gasp left her lips before a smile replaced her surprise. Her eyes widened in delight as she took the daggers in her hands. She tested out the weight and balance of them, deftly spinning the blades between her fingers. Ell set them on the floor beside her before pulling Moaya into her arms. A gentle kiss was pressed to the elf's lips.

"I love them. I love you."
