Call me insane but I hate Midnighter x Dick with a passion (And how Midnighter was written when it comes to his interactions with Dick)

In the comics, I never find it appealing when Midnighter comments on Dick's ass, or when he flirts with Dick in general. All I see is a a canonical queer man going against his character (Like, everything he stands for and his love and devotion for Apollo) by making him flirt with straight or uninterested men. It feels like a joke to me, and many people go along with it for some reason.
