Some of you have been asking for cheap ways to engage in kink for females (probably sub males too). A simple toy I use is the KONG Dog Toy found at pet stores everywhere. This is a great toy to shove up your cunt or ass and keep it there for long periods during your day. I always suggest getting all the sizes, so you can start small and work your way up to bigger sizes. I like to use a bathroom plunger to either squat down on, pushing the KONG toy up my cunt, or lay down and use the stick to push it in. If your vaginal muscles are a little more relaxed, it is easy to insert the KONG toy with your fingers all the way to my cervix and squeeze around it (Kegel exercises). For anal insertion, this will take more practice since the anal sphincter is tighter, but it will stretch. I strongly suggest giving yourself a warm water enema 8-10 times or more as needed, positioning yourself so the water starts to work on your lower colon and clean yourself out of poo. Give it 45 minutes because your body holds some water back and you will feel the need to squirt it and poo out. Once you are clean, use lots of lube to start pushing and stretching the asshole and it will go in. I have learned to hold it in for long hours at a time by using Kegel exercises and sticking my hips/ass high in the air so gravity and relaxation sucks it back in. If you feel like it wonāt come out, DONāT PANICā¦ Relax; breath, and let gravity work on it standing/sitting and gently push like having a baby (not that bad). Another thing you can try is to carefully cut/saw the larger rubber KONGs Ā¾ of the way down from the top. Be careful since thick rubber is hard to start cutting. On the larger cut KONGS when I stuff it up my cunt to my cervix gently, the larger āflangeā of the toy push a little outward against my vaginal wall giving me a different feeling and the muscles tighten around it. I trained every day with KONG toys and others to have and keep something in my cunt and/or ass buried all day, everyday. It takes dedication, thoughtful preparation, and obedience to this for it to work. The great thing is, nobody will see it inside you, and you can carry KONG toys in your purse with a small tube of lube. Hope this helps. š
