Sorry about the long hiatus.

It’s been almost a year and I realized I haven’t been keeping you updated with my new endeavors.  I have been a bit more active on my Facebook page: facebook.com/InvestSATX/ and on my Twitter account: twitter.com/investsatx, but vow to start posting here again.  I have a couple projects that our nearing completion and have also decided to add some more investor-specific content.  

Over the last year I have been able to hone my focus. I am still investing. I am actively looking to buy houses, and I am happy to list your unwanted investment property.  I don’t do much retail real estate, aside from my own listings, and I don’t work as a buyer’s agent. Big Changes at Invest San Antonio

In a recent turn of events I have left my brokerage to concentrate full-time on renovating and flipping properties. I will still hold a Realtor's license, however I will not be wholesaling property as I did in the past.    This change allows me to concentrate on finding the right properties for myself and keeps me focused on the part of the business I am most passionate about.  If you need assistance locating investment properties or finding good wholesale deals, I will be happy to make some referrals.
