P.I.L.T. has received an inquiry regarding department roles. The department has heard you. Descriptions for each moderator position will be provided below. Read carefully — knowing who does what is essential to a well run investigation.

Art Mod: Oversees all visual contributions to the zine, reviewing art submissions for quality and ensuring they meet the project's guidelines and aesthetic.

Writing Mod: Oversees all written contributions, reviewing pieces for quality, consistency, and adherence to the project's content guidelines.

Sensitivity Mod: Reviews all content to ensure it is handled respectfully and thoughtfully, flagging anything that may be harmful or requires careful consideration before publication.

Production Mod: Oversees the physical and/or digital production of the zine, coordinating the assembly of all pieces into the final product and ensuring everything is print or publish ready.

Formatting Mod: Ensures all submissions are correctly formatted and consistent throughout the zine, handling layout and making sure everything fits together cohesively.

Accessibility Mod: Works to ensure the zine is as accessible as possible to all readers, including considerations such as alt text, font readability, and colour contrast.

Shipping (Outside US): Handles the logistics of shipping physical copies of the zine to international buyers, ensuring orders reach their destinations safely and efficiently.
