my quick meal for cold nights and a warm belly:

(I don't have any measures, I go by eye lol)

milk; oatmeal; seasonings (like cinnamon, nutmeg...); sugar; and heavy cream

cook (on low) oatmeals on milk with seasonings until it gets thick, mixing non stop; add sugar and heavy cream; aaand it's done 😊😋

you'll be full and warm all night

something I've noticed since I started gaining weight on purpose is how hungry I am, all the time

tbh I used to not feel hungry in the morning, now I eat breakfast twice because I'm only satisfied for a couple hours

I'll eat a huge meal for lunch and as soon as I finish it I'm already looking for a sweet treat, something to chew on and fill my stomach

and I think that's the point of no return, I'll never be thin again because I'm just so hungry all the time, I can't stop thinking about food and eating good, and I'm only satisfied after eating so much that my belly hurts

and even after that, I'm already planning my next meal

How many beers do you usually have when you go out to drink?

hmm usually I can drink up to around 6-8 canned beers (~500ml each) on a casual drinking day lol but when I'm out to get drunk I honestly can't keep the count
