Please help my family. We are going through an unstable situation and my children are in dire need.
My name is Qusai, I was born in Gaza and I am 16 years old. The war came and I was in the third preparation and I could not complete my studies. I had a house and a place to live in, but unfortunately it has been completely destroyed and our area is subjected to constant warnings and displacement of the population. I do not have any source of income. My father is unemployed after we had a bird shop where we rely on a source of income, but it is destroyed because of the war and we can hardly buy expensive food and because of famine and lack of money, we cannot manage ourselves with our simplest daily needs, so I hope you stand by my family and help make our lives better and make sure that no matter how much it is, no matter what it makes us happy and helps us make our lives better

Please donate as much as you can so that help my family even a small amount and tell people about my suffering
I am Abd Ahmed from Gaza, Palestine.
The war has taken everything from me and my family — our home, our safety, and our source of living. We were displaced from Rafah to Al-Mawasi, and when we finally returned, we found our house destroyed and impossible to live in.Today, we live through hunger, poverty, fear, and constant pressure just to survive. Some days we cannot afford food, clean water, or even the most basic necessities. Sitting for long hours without a single meal has become part of our daily life. Before the war,
I was studying engineering and dreaming of building a better future for myself and my family. But the war stopped my education and destroyed the life I worked hard for .
I am trying to help my family survive and find a safe, stable life again. Any support, even a small donation, can help us with food, shelter, and hope during these difficult times.

I am Kareman Dohan، From besieged Gaza
I record this message in the 21st century, specifically in the year 2025, fully aware and in sound mind. I hereby testify, confess, and declare that a criminal entity ruled by violent gangs has revived the horrors of Nazism, and has even surpassed them. For over 700 days, it has committed one of the greatest atrocities of our modern age, in a place called Gaza. They murdered our children before our men, our women before our youth. They destroyed homes, displaced families, and starved the innocent. And this brutal campaign has not stopped—not even as I speak these words. The world today counts more than 8.2 billion people, Yet not a single force has been able to stop the bloodshed, or protect the defenseless.
I call upon every free soul, every conscience still alive, Spread this message far and wide.
Speak up. Act.
Support my people. Support my family.
Let your silence not be another weapon used against us.
Silence is complicity.
Solidarity is a duty.

From a Computer Engineer to Fighting for Survival: Please Do Not Scroll Past My Urgent Appeal 🥺💔
Before this crisis, I was a Computer Engineering graduate from the Islamic University of Gaza. I had a house, a car, a promising career, and a life full of dreams. Now, I am a brother carrying the heavy responsibility of keeping my entire family alive.
I sacrificed absolutely everything before turning to this campaign. I spent my entire life savings and sold every single thing I owned, including my laptop. Out of pure desperation to feed my family, I took a grueling heavy-lifting job that my body couldn't handle. My back broke under the weight, leaving me hospitalized for an entire month.
Today, I am broken and in agonizing pain inside a tent, unable to even stand up on my own feet.
I feel completely helpless because my campaign is moving extremely slow—it doesn't even cover the cost of basic food for my family right now. We are starving, and the slow support is leaving us stranded on the brink of survival.
Please, do not look away from our agony. Your donations are our only way to eat and stay safe. If you cannot donate, please share my story. You are truly our last remaining hope 🙏😭🥀💔😔

Hello friends,Please, I am asking for your help and support. My fundraiser is moving very slowly, and my daughter Fatoum is very sick. As you can see in the photos, she has developed a bacterial infection caused by insects and the harsh weather conditions. Her condition is getting worse every day.
We are living through the horrors of war in every possible way. Every day there are innocent children and civilians being killed. My daughter is an orphan. She lost her father in the war, and I do not want to lose her too.
Please, if you can, support and help us. I am only trying to provide the most basic necessities of life for my family and get the care my daughter needs.Any donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference. Please don’t ignore our plea. 🥺😭💔

If you EVER think Anthony Head is anything less than an angel then you’d best remember that I have always been a huge fan of his and we’ve always had a little contact over the years and he heard I’d come out as Trans and was having a hard time and that I was kind of sad that the photos I had from conventions with him were of me with long hair and no binder and they were all signed to “Sarah” and so he invited me to spend the day with him at his farm and he picked me up from the station and we just hung out and had lunch and he insisted on paying and took loads of photos and had them printed on photo paper the same day so he could sign them to Jay, along with other photos of him as Giles and Uther and he literally spent five hours chatting with me and got all of the pronoun stuff right every time and then he dropped me off at the station, gave me a final massive hug, waved me through the ticket barrier and insisted I message him when I got home so he knew I got back safe. (More HERE)
I keep seeing this reblogged intermittently, despite it being over a year old now, and I guess Mothering Sunday is as good a day as any to give an update, so here goes: Since this happened we kept in touch, and he and his wonderful partner Sarah have become my surrogate parents, in fact, I just finished talking to Sarah about the mothers day present I got her today.
Tony and Sarah have spent the last year supporting me in every imaginable way. They are there for me whenever I need them and it is amazing to be part of such a wonderful family, even if it’s not by blood. Plus, I’ve never had anyone as proud of me as Anthony is, I won an award for my performance poetry, and he put photos of my trophy on his facebook and twitter pages, raved about how incredible it was and wouldn’t stop telling me how proud of me he is.
They are always there for me, if I need advice, or just a coffee and a chat. And I am so proud, and so happy, and so amazed, to know them, to be loved by them, and to love them. What I thought was a one-off event became the beginning of a new chapter in my life. They have become my family, somehow, and I wouldn’t change that weird turn of events for the world.

Honestly, Tvyek is pretty miraculous. It’s permeable to water vapor but not to water, it’s nearly impossible to tear, but can be easily cut. It’s cheap and made entirely without binding chemicals. In addition to being used for wristbands, it’s used to wrap construction sites to keep out water during construction, for tear-resistant envelopes at Fed-Ex, coveralls for mechanics, and my wallet, actually.
Fun tip, though it looks like paper, Tyvek is plastic, and cannot be recycled with paper.

Charles Dance fanboying about Dame Judi Dench and Dame Maggie Smith
Queens of Awesome
If anyone was wondering how to play Bitch (I was wondering) here’s what I found:
[ID: gif of Charles Dance talking to an interviewer saying, “COuple of years ago, I directed a film with Judi Dench and Maggie Smith. It’s called Ladies in Lavendar. And they don’t come any better than Judi Dench and Maggie Smith, right? Those two would turn up on set 7 o'clock in the morning and be there until 7 o'clock at night. One would be doing the Telegraph corssword, the other would be doing a needlepoint. Or they would be playing a card game called Bitch. The rules- of which they’ve tried to explain to me, but I could never really understand it.
They didn’t want to rehearse. They could be talking about the price of eggs, the state of the weather… Kinda 30 seconds before the board is clapped, and they would go straight to the scene and do it. And ‘cut’ is called, and then they’d be, ‘what were we talking about?’ or ‘whose turn is it with Bitch?’
Reply images are from a post from a google group from kittyVogue. It reads: Play the game “Bitch” all the time. So here are the rules that we play by: Need two decks of playing cards including jokers. [1] Each player is dealt 13 cards. With one facing up in the center. [2] Start play to the left as in any card game. [3] On your turn, pick up card from deck. Throw one in center/discard pile. [4] To go into play, you must first lay down three of a kind. Known as three originals. [5] After this, you may use deuces as wild cards. [6] Jokers are put down by themselves. Must be down with three originals first.
[7] Lay down as many three of a kind as you can, keep in mind can add more. For example, if have five kings in your hand, they all go down together. When it is your turn, lay down any three of a kind you have in your hand. [8] You can only pick up the cards in the middle if you have two cars in your hand, that match the top card. If you pick up the cards in the middle you must use the top card with others into play immediately. Remember you must pick up all the cards in the middle, even if you only wish to use the top one. [9] You cannot pick up any cards from the middle unless you have at least three originals down first, and there must be at least three cards in the middle. [10] When dealing, cut the cards to deal. If you deal 13 cards to everyone, and have one left to put in the center, then this is considered to be a perfect deal. Worth 100 points. [11] Jokers worth 50 points, deuces worth 25 points, aces worth 20 points, face cards - 10 points, and all other cards (from 3-9] are worth 5 points. [12] First player to get 2100 wins the game. [13] If you wish to block someone from picking up the cards in the discard pile, lay out a card that matches one in their set of three of a kind. They can’t pick up the pile if the top card matches one of their three of a kind. They are blocked.
[9] You can either pick from the pack, or all the cards in the center, not both. [15] At the end of your turn, you must always discard one card except at end of hand you can lay down all your cards into sets of three or more. Hope that this is not too confusing. Have fun. Have you ever played the game “School?” Lots of fun too. /end ID]
I don’t even know how to begin this, but I truly need your help😓💔
I am very sick. I already went through one surgery, and now I urgently need another one that costs $300. I simply don’t have this amount, and I am terrified of what could happen if I can’t get this operation
I am a mother of two little girls. They are my whole world I cannot bear the thought of something happening to me and leaving them behind with no one. This fear is with me every single moment.
Please, I am begging you even the smallest help can make a difference. If just a few kind people donate $20 each, we can reach the $300 and give me a chance to have this surgery and stay with my daughters.
$20 may seem small, but to me it means hope… it means life.
Please don’t leave me alone in this. Your kindness could save me.
