I have a Universal Century question - specifically in regards to Zeta Gundam and the AEUG.
Is Char the person who decided the AEUG should plant its flag on the "all humans must move off the Earth" plank? Or did I miss that being added to the AEUG's political platform? Amuro's fully on board with it when Char gives his first public address as the leader of AEUG
Hoo boy y'all really liked the fireshield earring comic, that thing's gone past 2k notes, I'm flattered!
Here's what I imagine happened after the prank, as originally written in a reply to a comment:
Sky would roll himself out of the fire before anyone tried any unnecessary heroics and actually got hurt trying to save him. And when his earrings activate and everyone just stares at his unharmed body in shock? He absolutely looses it. Full on deep-to-wheezy laugh until he's gasping for breath, and while some of the others want to scold him for scaring them like that, they just can't stay mad at him and can't help but laugh along. Wild gets several great pictures but is also assigned first watch with Sky as "punishment" when the Chain finds out he was involved. Of course, Sky's been laughing so hard that he can't help but drop into a deep sleep after a few minutes, leaving Wild to do first watch alone. Wild lets it slide. He has funny pictures to keep him up ^u^
Also thank you to the Anon Ask yesterday that said the Sky and Wild prank duo tracks! I wasn't completely comfortable posting the ask as it had an abbreviated swear but I'm so thankful that you liked the fire shenanigans, haha!
Since I was not the only one amused by the idea of a seagull mafia I mentioned in this post, here ya go!
Aryll design notes and further au headcanons below:
Man designing Aryll was a lot of fun. I mentioned before that she and wind are pretty close to the land dwellers and I wanted that to reflect in her accessories: plastic hello kitty belt, sunglasses, a long piece of patterned fabric tied into a crop top, her bracelet and hair ties
Some she got from the shore children, others she got from her gull friends
On that note: rip the model who had a beach photoshoot and got robbed by the seagulls. I can't fault them for it tho, in my heart Aryll really is the most important girl in this au
In this piece she just got back from a fun body painting activity with children at the shore. The sea water washed the paint away, but the whiskers on her face still remain because she was very determined to swim with her head above the waves.
The skull patterned fabric she got from Tetra actually! Tetra is still a (is)land dwelling pirate in this au. Wind and Aryll saved her from drowning once and they often go visit her and help her out on sea ventures.
Legend also sometimes shows up to either warn Tetra or to mess with her. He also helps her appraise the treasure she finds. He is often accurate enough, but his gap in actual land dweller knowledge does shine through at times. He is working on it. (continues to intensely stare at land dwellers from a distance)
Just like wind, i designed her with a guppy in mind. While wind is turquoise and yellow, she is blue and orange as to reference her hibiscus dress in wind waker. She also has a back fin, but I forgot about it, so just imagine that it's very flexible and isn't uncomfortable to sit on at all
She isn't actually aware of just how many crimes her gull friends are committing for her but even if she were to find out the scope, I think she wouldn't do much about it beside giving a mild scolding. Everyone waits in dread for the day that she realizes she basically has an army at her disposal.
Hyrule isn't technically part of the seagull mafia (not like Legend and Wind are at least), but he has tagged along often enough that he is considered safe by the gulls.
(The same cannot be said about Wild. Wild and the gulls have GrudgesTM against each other, and ngl Wild started it by hunting them in the past. They are at truce when Aryll is near tho, but when she is not... boi)
In this au, Aryll's and Wind grandma is not actually their biological family, but rather a lonely granny living out the rest of her days at her beach house. Her biological family is not around / too busy. Aryll and Wind's visit her a lot and they bring her immeasurable happiness.
Zelda's late night reading. Finally a got the chance too finish this one! I couldn't come up with a proper background for the scene, so I decided on something simple. Comming up with the titles for all the boock on the background was really fun, there are references for various games of the franchize there. Hope you like it!
As always, thank you for the likes, comments, rebloggs and support.
I will never not get over the HC that Wind has a fear of giant birds and the fact that Sky very much has a giant bird as basically his son (I adore flying around with Crimson)
Upon Crimsons arrival Wind scrambled onto Time LMAOO OHHH I LOVE THEM
