6th year in Hogwarts
Adora comes from a famous bloodline of Wizards, the Greyskulls. Her parents dissapeared (presumably killed) when she was just a baby, and Shadow Weaver adopted her shortly after that. She strictly raised her, demanding her to honor her bloodline.
One of the things Adora enjoys the most from Hogwarts, is playing as Chaser in Slytherin's quidditch team, where she is also the Captain. In-game, she is known as She-ra, and no bludger can knock her down. She usually teams up with Mermista, the Beater of her team, known as Sea-ra on the field. Adora is the most valuable player of the school, and even the rival teams admire her. Even Huntara feels a bit guilty when she manages to slam a bludger into her face.
Her best friends are Bow and Glimmer, she had a hard time befriending them because they are from different houses (Ravenclaw and Griffindor). She is very close to Catra, too, but since they got in Hogwarts they distanced a little, probably because Catra feels a bit off with Adora's popularity.
Her favorite class is Defense Against Dark Arts, with Professor Micah, and she is really bad in Potions, which drives Shadow Weaver nuts.
Her Patronus is a winged unicorn called Swift Wind.

Her feline features are consequence of a failed Animagic spell, cast by her mother while being pregnant. The process to become an Animagus is very dangerous and difficult to achieve, that's why it needs an authorization from the Ministry of Magic, which she didn't had.
After giving birth to Catra and discovering her mistake, she abandons her and vanishes, afraid of ending up in Azkaban. There is no information about who her father is.
Catra was raised by Shadow Weaver, along with Adora. Shadow Weaver adopted her thinking her backstory would give the child a great source of magic which she could leech. When Catra wasn't too interested in magic, or didn't show much skills on it, she lost interest in her, and raises her like if she was a common muggle. That's why both Catra and Shadow Weaver are very surprised when Catra receives the acceptance letter from Hogwarts.
Catra doesn't mind her looks, even if sometimes she gets bullied for them, that's why she never tried to reverse the spell. And she knows Adora is fond of her Cat features, but that's NOT that important, or so she says.
Her real human appearance can only be seen on mirrors or reflections.
