2 weeks and 3 days.
Here things are getting better. The kids have started to talk with me every day more often, and I'm really bonding with my host mum. I'm cooking a lot, and doing things that at home I don't do often. There's one thing that makes me feel really sure that doing this experience was a good idea: since I'm here I've never had an headhace, and I can assure you that for me it's like a miracle. At home I have headhaches every week, sometimes more, so for me is like the signal that here I'm feeling good, healthy, with no pressure, relaxed. I don't really miss anything in particular, maybe only the food, but I'm italian, so I think that's a natural thing.
2 weeks.
I'm in Ireland since two weeks tomorrow and I'm feeling already at home. When the kids are going to bed my first need is not running into my bedroom e being alone, I love staying with my host parents watching tv, drinking tea and eating sweets. I've laughed and I've cried already. I'm not really homesick yet. So I think so far it's going pretty well. Xx
