Behold! Ouroboros! He belongs to my OC Csar (my old IZ OC from way back when, but was “Tallest Czar”…voming my insides out from memory cringe)…but he is also perfect as an introductory post if you understand the symbolism…
I like to dabble in doodles…my imagination is a speshul place.

Caduceus
Roman Empire, 2nd Century CE
A winged rod with two snakes twined around it is an ancient emblem of messengers. Originating in Middle Eastern cultures such as Babylonia (in present-day Iraq), it became an attribute of Hermes, the Greek god of commerce and communication, and of Hermes’ Roman counterpart, Mercury. In Roman myth, Mercury threw his staff at two snakes fighting on the ground, which then ceased fighting and became affixed to the staff.
The caduceus is often mistaken for the staff of Asclepius, the ancient Greek god of medicine and healing. Asclepius’ staff has a single twining snake and lacks wings. Although the caduceus has been used internationally as a symbol of the medical profession, only the staff of Asclepius is technically correct.

Ergo snarkin’, hahaha. A couple of the background Irkens (outside of Nimbus) on the Stealth Elite side I’ve been fiddling with in my head and will have to make a proper ref sketch later.
I like adding nodules of keratin to their skin so the lil Warrior with the “hair” came out too cute. ;A; Added to my pile of randos who I ended up designing on the fly for the image but ended up loving the outcome to much lol…

Rook; retired Invader. Works as head of Security and liaison for some of the more wily planets - Limbida (coined by the same friend with IR…the “Red Planet” has a reputation) being a predominant one.

Three on the left are from an inside joke with an IRL friend of mine. All work for Irken Resources. Nod is Daria coded…mostly. Nemo is Head Supervisor; Winkin is secondary and does most of the work…though as my friend put it they kinda gave up since the Empire is a cesspit and hardly anyone gets in trouble for their shenanigans anyway on the upper tiers.
Winkin is with the “Vortian Embassy” even if the planet has been sacked already…they still like to make it seem like their have some semblance of independence (but not really hahaha…)
