Ok so I've made a huge decision tonight. I've decided to take out all the stops and finish this ultimate health and fitness challenge I'm on a little early. I'm going all out for the next 8 weeks. 100% super clean and strict routine for my workouts, meals, and supplements (shakeology, protein, etc). Im done Mickey Mousing around with a 1 year dead line. 8 weeks, June 2nd is the new dead line, vs. August 26th (my birthday). That will still mark a year of zero sugar, but this is me turning up the heat and lighting a fire under my own ass. Lol. One super big stipulation, something I NEED to make it happen. No social media...none whatsoever. I need 8 weeks of pure concentration and focus...no distractions. Yesterday ended up sucking pretty bad...I had my first allergy attack in about 7 months while cleaning out the garage. I'm a bit of an ass when I don't feel good. Luckily I have a supportive family and amazing wife that helps pick me back up when I'm feeling in the dumps. Thanks for the positive pick me up this morning, I feel right as rain and am ready to kick today's ass. Some times in marriage it's easy to point out each other's mistakes and beat them down with everything they did/do wrong....but a strong relationship is built upon building each other up. Being that rock, and ladder for each other when we fall. I'm definitely guilty of being a brow beater....problem is when you focus on someone's problems then all they can focus on is their problems. It's easy to be a problem announcer...it takes a whole lot of love and hard work to pick someone up when they are down in the dumps. Keep it real people and be that rock for that someone special in your life, and always focus on solutions and moving forward.
