Commissioned this beautiful art from Tony (it’s by @/gchipmaracaroada on Instagram)
I always imagined him suffering from chronic pain. He literally has a metal cylinder shoved in his chest-
Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark
IRON MAN
Hes so uhhhhhhgg
I gave up ngl 'u'
First post on this new blog! I‘ll make an introduction post soon, but for now, have our dear Strange as a horse :3
MCU "Sleeping Beauty" Contest
Purpose: whump. To determine which of the OG6 most frequently experiences loss of consciousness (LOC) episodes and what triggers them.
Cases of irreversible loss of consciousness (biological death) and sleep induced by sedatives were not taken into account.
â„–5. Clint Barton
LOCs: 3
He has less screen time than the others, but he has his own show with enough chances of getting knocked out, and he's less protected than the other team members, save for Nat. However, his unconsciousness rate is the lowest, consisting of "only two" concussions and one Soul Stone ritual, which didn't cause him any harm other than emotional.
â„–4. Bruce Banner/Hulk and Natasha Romanova
LOCs: 5
Pretty concussed individuals, with one case of burn and electric shock, respectively. And no, Bruce is not unconscious when he is the Hulk.
â„–3. Steve Rogers
LOCs: 7
Steve's main adversaries aren't actually Hydra or other villains, but hard surfaces and objects. Compared to Nat, who also frequently suffers concussions, one might expect Steve to be less susceptible to such things, but no, he loses consciousness after an impressive number of collisions.
â„–2. Thor
LOCs: 8
It's a bit surprising to see a god in second place. Especially when it's the god of electricity, who mostly lost consciousness when electrocuted. Other instances include a concussion, possible power exhaustion, and actual clinical death.
â„–1. Tony Stark
LOCs: 12
The armor helps Tony avoid serious combat injuries, but it doesn't cure chronic illnesses. Most cases of fainting can be attributed with certainty or most likely to arrhythmia. There are also two cases of asphyxia (in space and in water), two (actually more) cases of general anesthesia during surgery, metabolic disorder due to starvation, and at least one concussion. Even without all these various ways to lose consciousness, with arrhythmia, Tony can faint at any time of the day without any additional cause. A perfect character for whump fanfiction.
And by the way, it wouldn't surprise me if a guy who was used to feeling shitty and on the verge of fainting said "I'm fine" a moment before collapsing.
I mean, she's not wrong.
(a lil' dumb sketch I did a couple of days ago)
