Push Notification Problem

If you have any problem with notification in version 2.0.0 here is what you should try first: 1- go to Setting>Notifications 2- click on IronMobile app 3- enable notification 4- launch IronMobile The above steps should register your device for push notification with IronMobile App.

How to bookmark by Bib# 1- click bookmark button 2- enter bib# as many as you want 3- check/delete bib# 4- click activate

Pre-enter your favourite athletes by bib#

Now you can pre-enter your favourite athletes and save them on your iPhone by bib# well in advance!

Just click on bookmark button on search page and magic starts!

The bib# will be activated in background when the event shows as “LIVE NOW”. You can also try to activate them at any time.

Re-arrange the event list!

If you need to re-arrange the events order on the Home page, simply touch and hold an event, it wiggles. Now move it to where you want, on top, bottom anywhere! Please note upon start-up or refresh, the list will be re-ordered to default (alphabetical order).

Refresh Button on Home page!!

You should try to click refresh button whenever you have a problem fetching the latest events. The event list will be refreshed automatically when you start the app, just one time at start-up to save your battery life :). We do care about your device battery too!!

Live Now!

In version 1.6 you can see the 'Live Now' tag on the live events. They appear as soon as the entries are uploaded till the event ends.

Please update your favourite (IronWatch) list

We recently updated our event list.  In case any of your saved favourite athlete link doesn't work, simply delete the entry (by clicking edit), and search and save it again.

Loading live results for Kona

For #IMKona, you need to get the fix by restarting the ironmobile app, "Updating events".  After that update you should be able to get the live results for #IMKona.
