Isaac died because I'm out.
Bye, guys. (:
jw; did anyone read the self-para from last night?
a knock, a thud, a click. || [self-para]
two weeks ago;
Knock, knock, knock. His rolled in fingers tapped against the door, quiet thuds before heavier sounds of footsteps approached. A new sound of a squeaking doorknob emerged, though quickly subsided when the wind from the door being swung open faded in and over the light background noise. The boy behind the door, the boy in trouble, wore a face of pure confusion. Not the general of such an emotion, but confusion over what emotion to feel. His mouth hung slightly agape, eyes open slightly wider and hands shaking slightly as noticeably as his quickened heartbeat. Yes, the beat of his heart like the drum to a song was heard oh so clearly. Though the visitor wouldn't think of the boy's heartbeat as a melody, more so like a taunt that begged to be slaughtered. Oh, it'd get just that. And much worse.
"Hello, my boy." The man spoke with an edge to his voice, an edge only a smirk could hold. The boy -- his boy -- fumbled with his hands to push closed the door, hoping for a new sound of a lock clicking shut. But a click was not what he got; instead, a chuckle colder than Jack Frost's glare greeted upon the boy's muffled scream from under a leather-gloved hand. The man's jutted out leg pushed away into the air, hitting its destination goodbye. Only then did the door click.
I'm running out of things to do in here.
You should take life more seriously. The careless life isn’t the best. -chuckles a little- No problem, bro.
*scoffs jokingly* Careless, shmareless. I've almost died.. *holds up hands, tapping each finger as if to count* ..too many times. *laughs* How's life treating my Darebear?
I'm running out of things to do in here.
-smiles sadly- I just don’t want anything to happen to you.
*pulls a face, chuckling it off* Yeah, yeah, I'm safe. *pulls arms behind his head, slightly propping himself up; speaks soft* Thanks, though.
The world has lost a fighter, but heaven's gained an angel.
Rest in peace, Mrs. Bieber. Please pray for Avalanna's family and for her peace. <3
I'm running out of things to do in here.
*shakes head* No, stay. It’s not good for you.
*exhales exaggeratedly, throwing legs back up onto the bed and falling onto his back* I'm so bored.
I'm running out of things to do in here.
*face shoots up* don’t you dare do that. I’m fine don’t worry. Just get better so I can take you on a date
*expression softens, licks lips* I'm.. I'm sorry, Liss.
I'm running out of things to do in here.
What. -shakes head- You high bro?
Well, I am on quite a lot of medicine. *nods toward the medicine hanging in bags over his bed* But Dare, I have been laying in bed since.. forever. So let's go; get me my shoes. *points to the Converse sitting by the door*
I'm running out of things to do in here.
I know you would but don’t do that. I’d rather see you healthy
*lowers voice* I won't be healthly when you're unhappy.. *rubs eyes, groaning quietly*
I'm running out of things to do in here.
-furrows eyebrows- Nothing? Wow.
*nods, begins to slow when he realizes he might sound idiotic* I mean.. this past week is nothing anymore; as far as I know, it could've never even happened. But whatever. *half-smiles* The past is the past, and the present is ticking so let's go. *throws legs over the side of his bed*
I'm running out of things to do in here.
No, no. Don’t ruin your plans. It’s okay don’t worry, I’ll spend the weekend with Ellen then *shrugs sadly*
Liss, I'd cancel all this therapy and all these tests in heartbeat. *sighs, slouching back down* But I can't.
I'm running out of things to do in here.
What happened to you?
Well, I don't remember.. I lost memory of this past week because I-- I think I fainted and banged my head..? I'm not sure; ask Liss. All I know is that I can barely breathe because of smoke and I have intense bruising over my body. *shrugs, genuinely lost*
I'm running out of things to do in here.
*sighs* that’s okay… I guess. I mean you’re probably still trying to heal and stuff…
B-but there must be an eraser somewhere, or white-out if it's written in pen. *sits straighter when he sees her sadness* It doesn't have to be filled in. *smirks, though is uncertain*
I'm running out of things to do in here.
Waaaaaait. What happened?
*cocks head slightly, furrowing brows* Hm?
I'm running out of things to do in here.
*smile falls and looks at him* It’s filled in? Oh…
*looks down, fumbling his thumbs* Yeah. And every day before and after.. *sighs lightly* I don't even know why.
I'm running out of things to do in here.
-laughs- What if I get arrested?
Lissy would be a great lawyer, s'all good. *chuckles* Really, though; time's a tickin'.
