This is Robbie Speedwagon. Its short for Robbins.

We get Johnny and Gyro, (the guy whos on a quest and the mentor who teaches him things) so what about my boi, Speedwagon (guy whos tagging along, can't really do much other than be the world's greatest moral support).

He's an outlaw from Texas and came to the race purely for the money. Then he met Johnny and was like "wow, I think you're cool. Let be friend :)" (after getting his ass handed to him.) He has no idea whats happening with Spin and Stands but he's here to help and he has a gun.
