Here's the thing about leaving. People grow and outgrow. It's definitely painful, but also necessary. It's a hard fact. The world is too small and too big at the same time. So be prepared. We are not meant to stand still. Their time has just come before you. You will have to leave, as well, and kiss goodbye all those you will left behind. After all, leaving is being somewhere (or someone, for that matter) more promising than the status quo.

There are different kinds of love. There's one that is easy. There's another that is rough. There is that love which took very long. But there is also that which is very brief. There is the uncertain kind of love, too, unsure but you know that there is something. There's also loving from afar and loving without reciprocation. There's love in waiting and love without reassurance. And who will forget the infamous love at first sight and the kind which you will always come back to? There's also love from martyrs and love from one night stands. There are different kinds of love--maybe not listed here--but whatever kind it is, I am happy to know that at least once in our lives, we found love.

Relationships come with great risks and uncertainties. If you overcome those and find certainties somewhere along the progression, well and good. If not, at least you were brave enough to see through. You might not have overcome the uncertainties, but you were able to overcome your fear of what ifs. In the end, just try again next time. And try harder.

Relationships are tiring. You need and you give. You tire and you hurt. But there’s something about loving a new person even if you’ve been through so much. There are new things to discover, new magic to feel, and most importantly, new love to give.

I don’t want to be in a relationship just because I think I need one. I want to be with someone because I simply can’t imagine how much love I can share, some other kind of love I haven’t given before. Oh, how nice it is to give love and be loved in return. And oh, what would I give to fall in love again…

never get tired

Love is trial and error. We risk and bet. We fight but lose. We stumble and get hurt. But that’s the beauty of it. Getting your heart broken is the ultimate test of your capacity to love, to move on and move forward. There are turns and intersections. There are rough roads and cancelled flights. But who we are to blame those who love and hurt; those who love and get hurt? After all, we are just victims of our own decisions. But the bottomline is: Never get tired of love. It’s okay to cower in fear. It’s okay to stop and rest for a while. It’s okay to restrain yourself sometimes. But never get tired risking again. Never get tired betting your 100% for it, because the worst kind of love is the one you secretly keep inside you. Give your self a chance.

The world is a constant field of learning. Don't be afraid to explore and discover new knowledge. Risk and go out of your comfort zone. Don't stop yourself from experiencing, adjusting, adapting. Take a break when you need to, but never stop pushing yourself to do what you love. In the process, you'll become this whole new person, definitely better than who you were when you were still afraid.
