Suspected mental condition(s): AVPD, Agoraphobia

My physical diagnosis are: Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder, chronic migraines

My birthday is coming up soon and that has me ruminating on all of the things I didn’t do, so for my own sanity I‘ll list some of the things I have done in the last year.

-Quit smoking

-Quit drinking

-Rediscovered my passion for painting

-Actually managed to maintain a friendship

-Volunteered at my local charity shop

I know it doesn’t sound like a lot for one year but it’s the most positive progress I‘ve had in nearly a decade. Although I still have a long long way to go, at least I‘ve started. I hope one day I‘ll be able to confidently say ‚it gets better‘ but that day isn’t today and that’s fine
