I can sort of see a kiss happening “in the moment,” but once it gets to a certain point it just becomes a nuisance to other people.
Especially when the hands just start to go everywhere, and then it seems to be a bit too much. I guess some people are fine with going all out right on the dance floor.

I couldn’t agree with you more. I have this awful tendency to attempt to have a fun at parties, yet I look around and realize that the majority of these crazy kids are going to hate themselves tomorrow for whatever nonsense they only remember snippets of… and once again, i’m over thinking things and feel like I should just drink it off.
See, my idea of fun is probably dancing the night away, and I'm honestly all for that, really. It just when my fun gets continuously interrupted by two people lip locked, I get a bit uncomfortable. I doubt some of these guys won't even remember anything from the party – so many of them are already so wasted. Don't drink too much though, you don't want do anything you'll regret.

Yeah, I am, too. I mean, I'm not usually that big on parties, but this one isn't too bad. Though, it's kind of bad that it's going on, despite that girl's death being pretty recent.
Don't get me wrong, the party is good, I'm just not too fond of the excessive amounts of PDA going on all around me.
Gross, I think I have cake flavoured vodka in my hair. Am I considered a spoilsport if I leave this party early?

"The LED ones are too white, though. They never give that homely feel, you know?" Her nose scrunched up as her eyes trailed along the string lights that they bought after Christmas on sale. The soft flickering more often than not made her feel relaxed than those bright white ones ever could. "You could always invest in those studio lights. Not sure if, like, vlogs home to your family require studio lights, but I’m sure you’d find some way to make the most of them," she murmured with a small smile. Analeigh found in endearing that her roommate took the time to send such sentimental things to her family. She, on the other hand, found it lucky if she even had time or energy to check-up with her mom at the end of the day.
Raising her shoulders into a shrug, she dropped them in half exasperation, half relief that it was over. “It was just a lot of labs today, which means I have just as many write-ups to match, which will be fun…” she trailed off, putting her prescription bottle back in the drawer of her nightstand, instead grabbing for some other bottles. It probably wasn’t necessary for her to take as many vitamins and supplements as she did, but Analeigh did overcompensate sometimes. “It’s just one of the days I’m just glad it’s all over, I guess.” Unscrewing the caps and taking out the right dosage of each bottle, she washed it all down with water. “What about you, though? Please tell me you had an at least decent day.”
"Yeah, I get what you mean." Isla looked around the room – the fairy lights did give off a more homey feel to their room, though to someone like Isla, they didn't give of the perfect lighting she'd imagined when they were purchased. "Trust me, if I had enough to invest in studio lights, I would." Isla sighed – she'd always dreamed of having high quality filming equipment, but due to the horrid prices, it seemed to always stay a dream. "Maybe one day, just not anytime soon." Isla smiled, thinking about her family, wondering what they'd be doing at this time. "I don't think they mind the lighting, really. I think I'm just caring about it all too much."
"So, not too good, huh?" Isla said, sitting back down upon her bed. "Does this mean we need a movie night or something, so the night makes up for the crappy day?" She watched as her roommate took swallowed more pills – she wanted to ask, was desperate to know, but knew she couldn't. It wasn't polite to pry into other's lives, so Isla tried to avoid doing so as much as she could. "Uh...yeah, my day wasn't too bad. Pretty unproductive, which could be considered a bad thing, but I enjoyed doing nothing all day, so I can't complain."
Oh! Oh my God, I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking, I didn't see you there.

That's true. If I had to choose...I guess I'd go with robots – assuming someone made them, it would mean that someone could definitely shut them down again. Something manmade, because that way, we can deal with it.
