A Journey of a Best Friend to a No Friend (Boy's perspective)
Once there was a lucky boy, who was a little amateur of his age, in a way, that he had never experienced any such hardships or heartbroken moments in life. All was well for him, with no major grievances. Had good friends around him, with whom he shared experiences and was living a regular happy life.
In his early twenties, he met a person, who according to him was one charming human being, fearless and full of energy. Do not know what was it or how it happened; they both became ‘just’ friends. Occasionally started hanging out together, talking a little and so on…
During that time, the boy gained lots of respect for this person, appreciated her talent, knowledge and the way she used to take care of things. In reality, the boy became a ‘FAN’ of the girl. The boy found himself damn lucky to have such a friend to whom he could share all his little experiences and everything going in his regular life. Then,
<#> After 2yrs of friendship, she proposed the boy:
Boy, having no clue, was stunned. Definitely happy, but mainly confused. As before that, the boy had no intention, or better to say no courage, to even think about her as his girlfriend.
<#> After a little while, and silly discussions with her, the boy said YES, and the unforeseen journey starts:
A discussion like, if this relationship does not work out then we will remain as friends, forever.
*At that point of the time, the boy (or maybe even the girl) was definitely not mature enough to understand how things could go but he was definitely concerned to not to lose his yet-to-be best friend.
<#> Together, they explored their world in a magical way. Short trips, endless talks, and her constant motivation and sacrifices towards the boy made the life of a boy unconditionally pleasant:
There were times, when the girl used to push the boy to try new crazy things with her, to what the boy always hesitated, but later that moment became the most cherishable moment of his life.
*Honestly speaking, those numerous experiences are what that helped made the boy what he is today, full of confidence and spirit.
<#> After almost painless 4 years of friendship or relationship, including 2 years of a long-distance relationship, something unforeseen happened:
Certainly, to maintain a balance in any relationship, equal efforts have to be made from both ends, and that is where things started getting pale.
Yes, they were in a deep unbreakable relationship, but immaturely, for a boy, it was the best form of friendship ever. Whereas, the girl started dreaming to take this relationship to the next level, called marriage. For the boy, who was about 25 years old, marriage was nowhere in his mind. Rather due to some on-going family incidence, the boy used to get scared about this concept of marriage. However, luckily the boy and the girl both used to share all their thoughts openly and clearly to each other, in whatever form it came out of their heads or heart.
