Walk across the campus and you’ll see Muslim women in head scarves, Jewish men with kippot and everything in between. A model of co-existence in Acre, Israel. At the Sir Harry Solomon School of Management at Western Galilee College approximately half the students are Arab and half Jewish. Of the students there, 59 percent are Jewish and 41% Muslim, Christian or Druze, with nearly half of them female. One student, Adam Ben-Kiki says, “It’s amazing; it’s what the world doesn’t see about Israel…I don’t see any conflict here whatsoever.”

Shots fired at Israeli embassy in Athens - The Economic Times

ATHENS: Unidentified assailants opened fire on the Israeli embassy in Athens with a Kalashnikov assault rifle in the early hours of Friday, police said, but no injuries or damage were reported.  Four people on two motorcycles fired shots at the embassy building in a northern suburb of Athens, a police official said. Bullets were lodged in the walls, while 15 spent bullet cases were found about 40 metres from the building. 

Police have cordoned off the area around the embassy, which has not been a target in other acts of low-level violence in Greece in recent years as an economic crisis raises social and political tensions.  Shots were also fired at the German ambassador’s residence in Athens last year.
