So it's been awhile...

I have all my photos ready to go but I need to do the writing and my last year of college is taking up a lot of time (and preparing for uni...) but I thought I'd show off some of my art work from this year art topic in my class of my portrait of sims!!

The quality of the photo's not great (it's much brighter in person) but I'm super proud of it and I may show some more of my work soon :)

Hopefully, you'll have some posts up eventually and you'll find out what's happening with Lewis and Beth!

We adore designing, building, making creative content, telling stories - and we all have our strengths and weaknesses. Not everyone has the same talents as everyone else.

Im an A-Level Art student at the college I attend (I've got a week until the end of this year, then another year of learning and then I can start uni for anyone outside the UK) and we're currently looking at the succession of art movements - looking at 8 movements over the course of art history starting with realism - and now we're doing one big piece based on our favourite movement and studying contemporary art. The best part of this!: I have been allowed by my teacher to use the sims as a base for my art project! This is Ella, she's one of my favourite sims and before September she will become a Pop Art inspired piece!!! It's so cool and I'm so excited for this topic, prepare for A LOT of photos!

What’s this?! An actual original post that’s also late because everyone else got there’s out at the beginning of this month?! Shocker!

I’m currently prepping posts so ALL my gen 1 posts are done before I buy seasons or update my game so gen 2 can be the start of seasonal gameplay! But until then... enjoy the celebration of gay pride month with Carrie (bisexual) and Clarissa (lesbian) - the only LGBTQ couple I have in my game (currently) but still absolute babes!

Happy pride month everyone and remember to give everyone a “fuck you” who doesn't respect gay rights!

Look. I always said I’d never make a post like this, but my mental health is at an all-time low and I can’t stop crying so here goes.

I work 40+ hours a week - usually closer to 75 honestly. My boss is one of the most irrational, abusive jerks I’ve ever worked for and HR refuses to address his behavior. I’m barely sleeping, my appetite is fucked, I’m miserable, and I’m STILL BROKE no matter what I do.

I can’t see a doctor for my bpd meds (or the persistent pain in my foot and ankle that suggests my recent sprain was actually a fracture) because my healthcare deductable is $1000 and any emergency or urgent care visit will be $200 minimum. Psychiatric appointments are $60 minimum for me. I need emergency dental work which will cost me at least $300, so until I can afford that I can only eat with one side of my mouth and I’m in near-constant pain.

I have no car, so I’m paying a lot for rides to and from work. And at the end of my payday, after paying rent and utilities and the debts I owe from borrowing money for food the previous week, I have about $10-20 to last two weeks. Rinse and repeat every two weeks.

It’s getting to be too damn much. I work constantly, spend AT MOST $20 a check on non-essential things, and it seems like I can never get out of this hole. I never wanted to get to this point, and I know people will tell me to just “work harder” but I’m already doing that so I don’t know what else to do to stop feeling so hopeless and miserable.

how to know if tumblr has been eating your asks: send yourself anywhere between 5-10 asks, ( anon or not ) but have each ask be nothing but an order in which you sent them.
