This week in Litigation/Civil Procedures: We continue to address the rampant crimes taking places on school buses across the country. If you have been a victim of a school bus related crime get at me, I know WHAT’S UP.

When I think about things in this world that lead to civil lawsuits, I always think about how in use school buses are frequently stacked to the roof with bankers boxes, full of kenetic and negligent energy, just waiting for one hard stop to clobber the brains of America’s youth into pudding.

Unless you live near a pickle ball court I do not understand why anyone would take issue with pickle ball. It is a fun game to play that doesn’t require anyone to be able to run a lot or be a good athlete. You are literally standing on the table playing ping pong. The whole point of pickle ball is that almost anyone can play it.

This map should probably reflect which grocery stores are owned by other grocery stores. I have no doubt that Jewel is the most popular grocery store in Illinois, but it is owned by Albertsons. Safeway is owned by by Albertsons. Acme is owned by Albertsons. Fry’s and Fred Meyer are owned by KrogerBut get this – Kroger owns Albertsons now. Which means the vast majority of consumer market foods are controlled by Kroger. Food Lion, Stop and Shop, and Giant are all owned by Ahold Delhaize and Trader Joe's and Aldi are the same company. This means that this map is actually only showing like 7 actual retailers. If you added in ALL the Kroger's under different names - Von’s, Pavillion’s, Mariano’s, Ralph’s, King Sooper’s, Food 4 Less, etc, it would certainly be almost ALL Kroger stores. Which means you know... bad things are bound to start multiplying as time goes on where we all buy our food from. You’d think the FTC would maybe do something about this seeing how critical the food supply is to the security of the country and what not but you’d be wrong!
