I hear Toby posted a lot of tweets revealing or hinting at Undertale lore, but I have trouble finding them. Are there any particularly significant ones you know of? And follow up question, do you consider Toby's tweets to be canon?

Toby has gone through his Twitter and deleted many tweets in regards to Undertale. While he never gave a reason, he made a point to say that tweets are not canon to the game.

Back to the first question, while he did delete most tweets that answered questions or hinted at lore, he did leave an important set of tweets.

Many have taken this to mean a future game is in the making. With Toby Fox, it’s hard to say if this is true or not.

If you are a socially anxious person, you have to socialize. Your panic/anxiety attacks will only get worse and trigger more frequently if you constantly avoid contact with The Public. Not saying that you need to be a social butterfly- but there is a genuine problem with not being able to order your own meal at a restaurant. And it cannot be solved by always having someone else do it for you.
