How to make Dalgona Coffee:
Boil. To melt your coffee granules quickly, you'll need hot water that's barely off the boil. Simply bring sufficient water to a boil in a small pot.
Mix. Combine equal parts instant coffee and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Fluff. When the water has come to a boil, pour it into the bowl with the coffee and sugar and begin to whip. Whip with a whisk or a hand mixer until the mixture is light, foamy, and thick.
Pour. Fill a glass halfway with ice, then add cold milk.
Top. Fill the milk glass half with frothy dalgona coffee. Stir it up and enjoy it!

Dalgona sweets is a traditional Korean honeycomb delicacy that tastes like seafoam, honeycomb toffee, or the inside of a Crunchie biscuit. It's sweet, crunchy, and delightful all at the same time. In Korea, street vendors sell dalgona (also known as ppopgi) with various shapes stamped on it. Let me elaborate how to make a dalgona candy at home!
Making dalgona is super easy. You need brown sugar, corn syrup, baking soda and vinegar to make the sweet candy. Basically you melt sugar and mix in a bit of baking soda so it foams up. After you stir in the baking soda and it foams up, you pour it out, stamp in a shape and let it cool. It ends up looking like whipped coffee, which is where dalgona coffee got the name from.
