Every year ITA has us students create spread sheets and complete spreadsheet projects. After learning the basics of Excel Spreadsheets, we are doing some researching about our four colleges we would like to attend with questions in the rows that we have to answer. Basically, it's an online scavenger hunt that must be checked off in Excel.

We are also doing Do Your Battling!!!! Is a game created and played by spreadsheets on Google docs for all the students to access.

It's very interesting, such  as typing in the word roll gets you a random number and inputting that number could do damage to the enemy team.

Enemy teams are going down!!

This is what I have so far in Zendesk. I used a default version of the site to help moderate and help organize what I wanted on the site as a beginner. I did complete my version of the site, adding a help widget

I have no idea what kind of company I would design or want, nor did I complete this site other than some minor edits that I know how to do, but I'd probably make a thermal bath area locator site because they are AWESOME! A frind of mine just returned from Europe that has thermal spring baths and the look and sound AMAZING!

Zendesk is a live help center...  A site starter, a place to begin a site and get help from someone online and almost instantly. What they do is very cool and they're slowly expanding and just got an upgrade, moving their office from, what they call "the dungeon" onto a new a brighter, prettier floor.

Leadership

After reading my peer's thoughts/ideas regarding leadership it inspires me to think more differently and change to their liking, see their point of views on leaders or their leaders. I agree with all of my peers on their description, definitions of leadership and being a leader because there can't possibly be a disagreeable idea about leadership, every person is different so their perspective and thoughts are unique it differs from person to person.

But I think that being a leader is to also change yourself to an even better person, role model, a person who never stops thinking for others. I think that in order to develop the thoughts about leadership one would have is from personal experience mainly and the way others think a leader is and how they should be. By hearing others share their ideas out loud really changes or adds on to your idea of leadership.

Well, I only had time to research one... UW-Madison

So UW-Madison it is. To prepare I'd read the admission requirements and find the application for when I need it, so i know where it is and get the application when i need it.

College

To me, when choosing a college the ideal factors of my college would be the # of students, diversity, a large campus and the classes that are being taught. (Obviously you wouldn't go to a college that doesn't teach you anything in the area you'd like to be in.)

I would like to go to Madison-UW and go abroad but if that doesn't work out, I'd like to go to a college out of WI. Explore other places out of WI.

Notes:

An Editor's role is to edit the video so it's smooth with no rough cuts.

To avoid rough cuts, blend the background noises/sound changes

An editor is also suppose to choose an effective audio for the scene

Should stay organized so you can go fast when you're feeling the flow

WISCareer Results

My three highest interest areas out of the six were

Investigative

Conventional 

Enterprising

I like the results I got and agree, that these three categories fit me perfectly. I'm still lost on what career I would actually like but I have a big interest in the three areas.

I've never considered the top three occupation recommendations I got, but now that they were suggested, I would consider it. Adjudicators, Anthropologists and  Business and Industry Consultants. Honestly, this is the first time I've heard of Adjudicators and Anthropologists and I've looked, what they do, what's their job etc. Any of these would be perfect for me, they are interesting and are in my areas of interest which could never bore me. I would love to try these occupations, especially the Business and Industry Consultant.

HTML coding

My plan for my website is going to be My Favorite Chain Reaction Games because chain reaction games are very fun and interesting. I've thought of a way that hopefully makes my website shine above all the others. I will make my website unique by adding little adorable designs and pictures from the games. And if it is possible, I will link the games onto my site, which will make my site irresistible .

Creating a web site

I've learned that when making a website, you should always think of

"A great coder, is a lazy coder"

so when coding, you would think of short and simple codes such as:

<head></head>

Coding is very confusing too so when you create a table, you should close it beforehand so you don't forget and screw everything up.

Today I have accomplished hacking into Tenezin's Website. It was very interesting, fun and amusing changing things up and viewing the source and changing everything from there. In my opinion, it's fun and challenging and just experiencing coding from this little bit of time makes me want to learn even more.

The best way of making PB and J is spreading the PB on one slice of bread, throw the jar of jelly on top and then top it off with another slice of bread.

I'm now in the Photoshop session! We walked around the computer science building and took tons of pictures and put them all together in a puzzle! I chose an edge piece of a puzzle. It was a fun and great experience!

I have completed the shape/words of our Company's logo, it is strong in the shape of, hopefully that looks like a buffalo.

We got some feed back on the company stamp, the dinosaur should look a little tougher with sharper teeth.

We still are completely done but we're almost there. With a bit more time, we could complete this.

Been thinking...Tiffany and I have the product Encouragement. We are no where near done but hopefully we can complete by the time it's lunch.
