I’ve been wanting to turn this blog into a main blog for a while now, so maybe I’d feel enticed to be around more (cause a multi-fandom main makes my dash a mess and makes me not care for being around), but was always worried about previous content during the switch over and didn’t wanna spam reblog everything… I think now is a decent time to do that. Just putting a little notice in advance in case I do, and in case anyone else is wanting to make the switch too like I am. Or, the opposite switch.

Hey. I needed to be told this, and I feel like some of you do too.

If you don’t have the heart, time, or patience to scrub your blog/tweet/etc history of mentions of them, of content of them, you really don’t have to. Lord knows they can’t do that with all the existing videos. Like it or not, they’re part of the history of the company, the content, the fanbase. So don’t pressure yourself to erase that. It’s not on your shoulders. Just like it’s not on AH’s. Because you didn’t know and neither did they. The only shoulders it’s on are the people involved.

If it makes you feel better to scrub all mentions of them off your safe spaces, then by all means, go for it. If you need help doing that/locating all posts on your social media to do so, let this post be a way to find volunteers to help each other do it.

But also, don’t feel like you HAVE to. If you prefer to leave the past posts/art/fics/etc in the past and carry on and just never reference/touch it again, that’s okay too. Cause there’s a lot and it can be extremely difficult and taxing on your mental/emotional health to do.

If you wanna anonymously vent about it, scream about it, cry about it, etc, my inbox is open. If you wanna vent but you don’t want it posted where anyone else can read it, put a * at the start of the message. If you wanna vent and you want me to respond (privately) just so you know someone out here heard you, put a ^ at the end of your message.

It’s heartbreaking. It’s soul crushing. It’s trust damaging. But we are a community and I may not be active too much because I’m behind in content cause of life, but I am still here for you. All of you. I love you. Do what you need to do to heal, grieve, etc. I’m here for you. <3
