Oh yeah. I had it once when I was little. That was bad….
I have it now.
Especially when it’s a cold and you have to wait for it to go away.
A cold is nothing, the stomach flu is terrible.
I hate this fucking town. Someone stole my phone. Wait…Nope, it was in my back pocket. Everything is cool.
Nice job.
Agreed. It’s the worst.
It really is.
Anybody happen to know where my sister is?
Thanks man. I appreciate it.
No problem.
Stay so I can keep telling you how much of a loser you are.
You know, you really are a good friend.
I’m sorry.
I feel terrible.
I hate being sick.
This place is not as great as Archer let on..
Someone told you that this place was great? Wow.
I thought it was about time I made an appearance.
Well, hello there.
Loser.
See? This is why I was hiding.
I've been watching Youtube for 12 hours...
…..help.
Time to put the laptop down and sleep.
Seriously, guys. I’m getting scared. Where’d you all run off to? I have no one to call a loser.
Maybe I'm hiding so you don't call me a loser. Ever think of that?
Date Night - - Peyle
It had been a bit weird between Lyle and Peyton, what seemed like forever. Peyton had always been closer to his brother, Cameron, but Lyle was always there. He had been her first kiss at a truth or dare session in fourth grade. Peyton was full of life back then, before everything had happened. She had good grades, a fun family, good friends, and she loved to sing and practice piano. Of course, Peyton never lost her true self but she learned to push her down, keep her away from everything. It was hard to be completely happy with everything going on in Dover and her personal life. Cameron had always been there for her, he was her best friend. Losing touch with him and many of her other friends was hard on her. She never really liked to push her problems on other people but she had her days. But she seemed to always have Lyle and she knew he had his own inner demons, but she trusted him. She tried her best to make him feel comfortable around her. He helped her through dark times and made her smile on her worst days. She admired him so much and getting the chance to have something more with him felt right. Like she was finally getting the chance to be herself, no matter how stupid or cheesy it sounded.
Peyton was a bit nervous, she would admit. She hadn’t been on a date in months and although she knew Lyle… She still was going on a date. But good nerves mostly. Seeing him though helped lift the nerves off her shoulders and a smile was pressed on her face. A tiny blush at his compliment and she shrugged, “You look not bad yourself. Are you ready?” She asked looking up at him. Peyton was used to always having friends taller than her, Lyle being one of them she felt extremely tiny but protective next to. Locking the door behind her, she followed him out to his car and got into the passenger seat and warming her feet up from the heat. “So what are we going to do? I’m not very good dates so you’ll have to excuse me.” She laughed, rolling her eyes.
The past couple of years had been tough on Lyle. A lot of his problems came from the fact that he was adopted, but it wasn’t because of his adoptive parents or brother, but because he always felt like he want good enough. He hadn’t been good enough for his birth parents because if he had been, he’d be with them right now and probably far away from Dover. He never dwelled on that last part because even though he hated this place, this is where his friends and family were. This was the place that changed his life for the better and for the worse. His main fear, besides the killer, was being alone. He hated it. He had felt so alone when he was a teenager that he did some things that he wasn’t proud of and they still haunt him to this day. They were a constant reminder that no he wasn’t good enough. Peyton had tried to reassure him that yes he was good enough, but he couldn’t believe her. The thought of the brunette made his heart race and wondered how he had finally managed to get her to like him. Those were questions and thoughts for another time though, he didn’t need to stress himself out anymore.
He smiled down at the petite girl and chuckled. “Wow, thanks.” He said while fixing his beanie and walked with her to his car. He got in the driver side and looked over at her while she was talking. “I was thinking dinner and a movie. I know how cliche that it but you know.” He shrugged and furrowed his eyebrows for a moment. “Unless you don’t want to do that, then we can do whatever it is that you want to do.” He laughed and shook his head, grinning at her. “I’m no expert either, babe. I’m surprised that we’ve made it this far without me screwing something up.”
