Sooo until Hellaverse comes back, I'm gonna need something else to hyperfixate on... and it's gonna be these teetlez again lol

I was thinking about some Donnie hugs!

Mikey is the only one who gets to hug him anytime anywhere (as we can see throughout the series, I swear these boys are hugging almost every time they are on camera together)

Leo tries his luck - he is usually rejected, but gets very happy when he succeeds! (I feel like he kind of tries and succeeds more after the movie, but neither of them will point this out ever. They'll take that to the grave. Everyone knows. It's an understood thing.)

Raph always asks, and only does so when Donnie is having a hard time. Of course he gives the best hugs because he is the big brother. The one who is the biggest. Donnie likes dozing on him and that's a hill I'm willing to die on (all of them like dozing on him, they feel safe, and Raph feels safe because his brothers are safe and acgshdsdj sorry I'm having Raph feels lately)

Also I drew them completely from memory so sorry if I missed anything. Funny thing is, whenever I think Donnie's forehead is big enough - it isn't. It never is. He still doesn't look right but it's late and I wanted to upload this haha

Good Timeline Future Mikey, where, by the time he's thirty-nine, he actually looks thirty-nine and not ancient because of mystic overuse (← I fully subscribe to the headcanon that, in the movie, he looks so much older than his actual age because he overexerted his ninpō fighting the Krang)

Nothing wrong with Ancient Mikey! He is very valid and I love him! And my theory is that his future design was supposed to be reminiscent of Splinter's features. BUT I wanted to try my hand at designing what I think Mikey'd look like as a healthy future turtle.

He deserves all the hair.

Edit: So apparently, according to one of the show writers, the mystically-induced fast-aging is canon! (Sources here and here, thanks @thebadhalfofafandom!)

So I’ve noticed that in this fandom it’s common to include Deaf/ASL-using-characters into stories, which is honestly AMAZING and makes me SO HAPPY TO SEE, but many of us aren’t deaf we rely on resources, therefore:

Sign Language • ASL Dictionary | Handspeak®

My ASL teacher gave us this website cause it’s updates constantly (ASL evolves lots) and it’s a lot more accurate and reliable than just google :))

To work it- type the word, and a word bank will pull up, click on the term u want and a video/description of the sign and word will appear!!!

It’s rlly simple and has most words and if it doesn’t it’s bc it’s finger spelled probs!!!!

If u want more in-depth good grammar, search up “five parameters ASL”, “glossing in ASL” and watch a few videos to see “how sentence structure differs in ASL”

As always, remember it’s ok to make mistakes/notice a mistake, just be mindful and kind :D most of us aren’t out for malice and if someone is it’ll probs be very obv 😭
