October-November 2017
On October 14th I went to the INCAE for a day of conferences and interactive activities with many of the Operation Smile volunteers from different school from Nicaragua.
On November 12th I went to the Jornada de Operaciones in the Hospital Aleman with the Happy Club of my school.
I had a lot of fun interacting with other volunteers and with this amazing kids at the hospital. And an amazing time helping others in a different environment.

This is my last Arabian dance of the year. I wouldn’t imagine a better way to say good-bye 2017 than a dance. I was performing a dance of the elements at the Luna Arabe. It was an extraordinary and a noteworthy show, with alot of amazing performances.

This was my arabic dance of the Cierre de Año of the Academia Nicaraguense de la Danza. I had alot of fun learning the choreography and practicing it every saturday. As this dance represents a new style that is originated from the Middle East, where the cane is an important element in its folkloric dances.

I participated on the AVON marathon, whose porpuse was to fight against breast cancer and to gather money for making possible for those people with cancer to obtain surgery.
I had so much fun running with my friends. I was also amazed how many people where running for this amazing cause, we where all united.
September 2017
Starting my Senior year, the volleyball team won 2nd place at COALNIC Tournament at the Aleman Nicaraguense. And honoring our school as one of the best volleyball teams. As always we put into practice team work, as it is the key of success and hard work when it comes to having fun and giving your best.
This was our last tournament of the year 2017. And so glad for beeing able to participate and smile with these amazing girls and friends.
September-October 2017
This year we had been still constantly visiting our group of kids at the Hogar Zacarias Guerra. In our visits, I was helping them to complete their homework. This kids are so fun to be with, and they make you smile and love to be playful with us. Also, another activity that we share is playing football, were the members of the group are distributed and two teams are formed. I had learned how to appreciate friendhsip and just have fun, and give them a smile.

I went to the Teatro Ruben Darion and I performed a coreography with my belly dance group. I love this dance, its music and moves are so pacionate. I have been part of this group 2 years now, and has been the most amazing experience ever. I love to dance, is my way of getting out of the real world.

We as a 12th grade visited the reserve of Montibelli. We walk in a tropical forest, will alot of vegetation and mainly different types of insects. Is a beautiful reserve that preserves and takes care of the wild life. I had alot of fun, it was a long trip from the bottom to the top of the hill but after 3 hours we had reached our destination, tired but alive and safely.

This is my second year participating in the race Amor al HZG. There were hundreds of people racing. I was so proud of myself because I was able to make the race in only 1 hour (different from last year where I did the race in 2 hours). It was a 5k race. Also, there were kids of the HZG that were participation in the run.

Habitat is an organization that works for rights of people having a home. This organization builds Seed Houses for people that have nowhere to live.
In this activity I helped a family by building a wall with recycle and unusefull tires, preventing the rain to cause a fload and bring with it all the land. We get drity our hand but for a good cause - helping others.

The International Gala is an school’s activity where each grade represents a country and they perfome a tipical dance. We performed this at the Teatro Ruben Dario. We were in 11th grade and we where representing Austria. We dance a beautiful Vals.
But, also as part of the elective I made a little of theater. In which I had alot of fun learning my lines, and still I was nervous for speaking in front of all the people, I made a good job.

We went to a Teleton conference, to raice money for people that have disabilities. Here we had the opportunity to hear a testimony of a woman, that had fight against his condition and had graduated from collegue. Because of being handicap, this woman (this people) suffer discrimination, but for her this wasn’t an obstacle to become who she wanted. Showing us that if you want to do something, you need to put effort because nothing is impossible.

As we know TELETON is an organization that helps to collect money to help those handicaped children. But, mainly with down syndrome. We where in the street from 8am to 12pm. We asked the cars for their contribution, and at the end we where able to collect alot of money.

Most of my activities are performed at Academia Nicaraguense de la Danza. Where is fomented the art through dancing, there are a variety daces with unique styles and techniques.
This saturday we celebrated an important day: Family Day. I love Arabian dance because us unique and the music is an inspiration, every instrumental sound and the voices.
June 1st, 2017
We started, after long time of no going, again our visit to our kids in the Hogar Zacarias Guerra. We have new kids we interacted with because the boys of last year had grown up and were located in other house.
We played football and have fun. At the end, we gave then cake because if the Day of the Kid. They are more than the kids that we interact with, they are our new family.

The 11th graders went to a collection of money for the Radio Maria. We went to ask in the traffic light of Galerias. I was surprised because many people where very generous and they gave money for this cause.
February to May 2017
The Volleyball team, which I am part of since 2015, participated in the Copa Lincon that lasted for 4 months. We compited against other high schools. It was an exited activity, and at the end of hard work, playing with the heart, having fun and alot of nerves we achieve 2nd place.
February 17 to 18, 2017
On Saturday 17 I went to Masaya and on Sunday 18 I went to Granada where I participated in a homenage of Arabian dance.
Was an amazing and interesting experience, because there where alot of acts of different academies and I learned that Arabic dance can be comined with salsa, rock and electro music.
