My fiance and I are losing our housing at the end of the month, I have an oncology appointment tomorrow, and I have a surgery consult on the 21st. We are applying for aid, but getting housed, and getting surgery are massive concerns. Essentially, we are in a very precarious situation where we need a lot of help quickly to stay housed and as healthy as possible.

So, I had my oncologist appointment yesterday. To keep things short, my oncologist wants to do a bone marrow biopsy. She told me she won't let me do that while I'm in the process of moving, it has to be after. She's worried about infection given the autoimmune disorders I have. So getting rehouse is all the more urgent. We have received $25 since this has been posted, and we may need up to $2,000 to get rehoused. We are likely to quickly get approved for rent aid after that will keep us housed, but the application cant even be finished till we have a new landlord.
