BULLSHIT!!!
19-25.00$ usd yea yea I can see that not 75
I will use a real world example. My Dad bought a new house in 1968 for $15,000. He was collage educated, working as a agriculture researcher. By no means a minimum wage he made $2.400 that year. He also bought a new Mustang convertible that year. So the house was 6.25 times his yearly income.
Now looking on Zillow the average home price in the USA is $371,774. I know this hard for some people but divide that by 6.25 you get $59,483.84 for a yearly wage to buy a home like my dad did.
