It felt good to know that somewhere, Reno was back with Cloud, where he belonged.

Despite knowing he did good, the former SOLDIER couldn't help but feel he was cheating himself. That for all his gifts, for all of the wonderful things he could do and had done - he would never have what he wanted. Was that selfish?

It was his life now, he supposed. So gracefully cursed.

Running his fingers through his hair, he glanced around the rooftop for a moment — Beyond glad to be back. He looked back over to Zack, smiling after a moment. “You got it, feathers. And… Thanks. I owe ya.”

That iconic grin pulled over Zack's handsome features. "Damn right you do. Big time." Giving Reno a wink, the mako creature hopped from the roof of the building, wings carrying him high into the sky again.

Reno worried at his lower lip for a moment, unable to keep from eyeing that bugle for a moment. “Yeah..?~”

"Oh yeah~" He practically growled the words, hand slipping down to rub his palm over himself.

"Just outside the apartment building is fine." He should still have an extra key. If not, it wouldn’t be too hard for him to pick the lock.

With a nod, Zack swooped down to let Reno go, just on the roof of the building. There was a door that led down into it, so he wasn't worried about how the redhead would get in. Taking a loop around the roof, he finally landed as well. "Don't screw it up this time, Red. And do me a favor..." The feathered man paused. "Kiss him for me, will ya?"

Reno’s grin widened, arms crossing slowly over his chest — Blue gaze tracking the movement of Zack’s hands.

He parted the sides of where his pants opened, tugging them down just enough to give Reno a nice view of that bulge. "I'll give you a good ride, don't worry..."

"Yeah. Flying. NOT FALLING." He relaxes a bit now that he’s in Zack’s arms, tipping his head up to scowl at the Ex-SOLDIER.

"Where should I drop you off at?" Zack ignored the scowl, grinning from ear to ear as he slowly flew closer down to the city. "I would let you fall right on top of Cloud, but that might give the boy a bit of a heart attack."

"I said maybe, feathers." He leaned back against a wall, grinning like the tease he was.

"Don't string me along, Red~" He was practically cooing as he lowered the zipper on his pants.

Reno ends up shutting his eyes, it’s a bit disorientating — To say the least. “You could have warned me!” He yelps, keeping his eyes shut.

Wings open, Zack swoops down to catch Reno so that he doesn't meet a gruesome end again - as he's very much alive due to the powers of the mako monster. "Oh come on! I know you love flying!"

"…. Maybe."

"Then by all means...." He flicked the buckle of his belt open.

"I will punch you in the dick, Fair."

"Will you punch it with your ass?~"

Reno’s gaze flickered away from Zack’s, casting down. He worried at his lower lip, fingers flexing slightly. “… Yeah. I know.” He looked back up, a muscle in his jaw working.

"I didn’t intend on leaving him."

"Let's get you back then, before he does something stupid."

Grabbing Reno's hand, Zack's feet seem to step off the 'floor' and he starts to pull the redhead down. As the two descend, all sense of space and time seem to drift away. In fact, the only thing Reno would be aware of was Zack, and the green swirls around them.

Suddenly, what seems to be the ground splits open to reveal the city below - and Reno is falling.
