And in that moment Bubbles became 200x more badass than ever.

âCourse not. What would you gain from eating something like me? But i read somewhere skin walkers in order to become a skin walker they have to resort to cannibalism.. or..maybe they had to do it under a full moon..â Or. Maybe oliver had her monsters mixed up.â Do you have to eat people? Is it a necessary item on the menu, or do you just like the taste? I canât image humans taste very goodâŚâ Oliver was back to rambling on thousands or so questions again. But in her defense she was a scientist underneath the 12ft wings and rows of flesh tearing teeth.  Â
âI donât know, what?â Vic laughed. No, he wasnât going to make an attempt to taste her blood. First of all, he liked her, Oliver was the first monster that considered him an ally or maybe even a friend. On the other hand, in her feral form she was bigger and most likely stronger than him, he didnât want to check who would win. âCannibalism, itâs about vendigo. The full moon is from the tales about werewolves. Iâm neither first nor second. I was bitten by another skinwalker and became one.â She was curious, wasnât she? But he didnât mind this at all. âHearts. We need human hearts to stay strong. Without them we became weak and vulnerable, and can even die, I suppose. Itâs possible to substitute human hearts with animal, but itâs not the same. I donât know why things work like they work⌠And what is your âpoisonâ? There must be something. I heard about creatures that have to eat one specific part of human brain to survive.â
"I see.." Oliver had zooned in on Vic once again. The idea that there were different types of monsters did come off as a little silly to her. Most of the "monsters" she dealt with were humans turned due to science, accidents.. chemical baths. Regardless, if she couldn't take it as seriously as a scientist would she was still ridiculously curious and thankful Vic was very tolerable. "Ah, theirs nothing interesting about my feral self.." she stood up and walked towards Vic. "I only need to transform when I see fit.. so I thankfully don't have to worry about my next meal." Oliver gave him a full one over. "can you transform whenever you wish? Is it painful? If so what would you rate the pain?"
@its-in-me from HERE
âScared is goodâ. Vic smiled, but in fact, scared people didnât always mean good, very often it meant more hunters hiding and setting traps in night alleys and woods. âCannibal? If youâre asking if I eat people, yes, I do. If youâre asking, if I eat other monsters, including big bats, no. Unless they try to eat me first.â

So have you gotten any monster stories based on you? Because i think someone is in the works of writing one about a giant man eating bat which i bullshit! -Oliver L
âGiant man eating a bat? Sounds like a very shitty sexual fantasy. No, I havenât read anything about skinwalkers written recently, children love vampires and werewolves more than us, turning into pets.â
âWell i donât know about you but I fail to see whatâs ssssoo sexually stimulating about being eaten alive..â Oliver shook her head and smiled. âBetween you and Me, i donât know allot about skin walkers either. I do know natives in particular are scared of them..also donât you have to be a cannibal?âÂ

âAhaha..â She chuckled weakly. Maybe this wasnât beyond hope. âWell. I do appreciate to offer but Iâm more then capable of finding them myself. Its..getting the information out of him is the problemâ She glared at Markus who gave her a weak nod in the dirt to retort and Oliver growled forcing more of her weight into his back.Â
Oliver eyes then perked with interest. She smiled and looked up at the other man â But..Maybe you can help me get my information out of himâŚ?â Markus twisted under Oliver uncomfortably. He hid it well but she could smell it. The faint smell of fear. Oliver was never good at âinterrogationâ or âtortureâ .. they typically ended quickly, messy and with no answers to her questions.  âDo you think you could get him to talk?âÂ
âYou want me to torture him?â They were probably a strange show, but there was no one except them three on the empty road. Two naked people and a man lying on the ground under the womanâs fit. Discussing a search of some files and interrogation. It was a long time since Vic used this part of his skills, but some things were like riding a bike, you could never forget them, as well as the smell of blood and screams of pain. âFine, but I will need tools. At least a knife. And pants. And arenât you afraid that I can eat him in the process?â Vega laughed, he liked where this night was going. One way or another he would get his supper but on this way he could also have some fun.
Oliver grinned as the man talked. Every second was getting better. Not only could she get the info we needed she was going to see Markus get just what he deserves. âI can get you all these things with minimal effort..â Oliver then reached down and roughly pulled Markus to his feet. He didnât look good. He looked sick..like She cared. Oliver yanked the sweater  and undershirt off of markus ignoring his fits of protest and tossed the other man the under shirt keeping the sweater for herself. Oliver was never uncomfortable  with being naked around others but in the interest of keeping things the way they were going she would air on the side of modesty.  Â
âYou can do whatever you want to integrate him. i care not. I would just hope you would let him finish handing over my information before you finish him off.â Oliver kept one hand on markusâs head and she tugged of his trousers. Not a easy article of clothing to remove but Oliver was eager to get this started. She pealed the last pant leg off him unintentionally making him fall back first back onto the ground. Markus groaned in pain only in his boxers now. But again, Modesty didn't matter to her. She was a giant bat for christ sake. Oliver tossed the pants at the man ignoring whatever his expression was at that little show.Â
âThere! Pants and a shirt...â she panted quietly

She returned his threat with a  raised eyebrow. âWow.â She looked down at Markus with a mocking expression. âThat animalâs So vicious. At least i was gonna keep you aliveâŚfor a whileâ she punctuated the while by pushing harder into his back.Â
She smiled. Honestly Oliver was completely fine with letting this âŚâwhateverâ kill markus. Except the only thing she would request would be a nice seat. Well, also her files.  âListen, I just need to find out where he stashed some files of mine. Thats all. The least we can do is be civil towards each otherâŚYou know. Animal to animal?â She gave him a toothy grin. âIm more than willing to let you kill the man afterwards?âÂ
Vic began to like her, she wasnât stupid. Fairly speaking, he wasnât sure in his upper hand had they actually started a fight. She was a woman, but she also was a giant bat, probably stronger than him in her monster form. And she could fly. âFiles?â he asked curiously without the previous hostility, âIn that case, Iâm your luck. Animal to animal, I love to look for hidden things and I do this pretty damn good.â He was a thief before he became a dog, but who actually said was? There are no former criminals among living beings. âI will help you to find those files, and you give me his heart. Just donât try to cheat me, I know your scent, I have a very good nose and I will find you in any bat cave.â
âAhaha..â She chuckled weakly. Maybe this wasnât beyond hope. âWell. I do appreciate to offer but Iâm more then capable of finding them myself. With all the shit sheâs seen and herself being a walking freakshow you would think she has seen it all. No. Watching in stunned silence as the dog changed to a man right in front of her eyes, and much quicker then hers.
She frowned at his words and glanced at  markus âYou mean you Donât know this do- guy?â all he did was meekly shake his head. Obviously the dogs transformation startled him as well. She cursed under breath irrated with herself for changing back.
âI dont know what you are, I donât care. But if youâre talking following then i think iâve got you beat by 3 years.â  She roughly threw markus hearing a dull thud when he hit the dirt floor. She put her dominate foot on top of his back keeping him from running. âSo i dont really care if youâre literally or figuratively hungry for his heart.âÂ
Obviously, the two knew each other. Vic cursed under his breath, they were going to leave him hungry. The night was falling over the midnight, another hunt, if there would be one, could end in the morning what was very dangerous. âIâm not a pet puppy, sunshine,â he spat angrily, âWanna try me? Believe I wonât let you fly away without tearing big holes in your wings with my teeth and claws. This guy is my prey. I hunted him, and I donât give a shit who he is to you. His heart is mine. Iâm hungry and when Iâm hungry I donât care about anything except food. What youâre gonna do, lady, is this piece of meat worth fighting for?â
She returned his threat with a  raised eyebrow. âWow.â She looked down at Markus with a mocking expression. âThat animals So vicious. At least i was gonna keep you alive...for a whileâ she punctuated the while by pushing harder into his back.Â

âDoes this thing knowâŚ?â She trailed then practically purred in response to the heart. Her bared teeth sunk away to instead form a grin. A distorted chuckle escaped her lips as she felt herself slowly untransform. Her huge claws returning to more human sized hands that still had death grip on the other man. Significantly losing her height and threat level. But she really didnât care at that point. it was quite easy for her to transform again. They only thing to cover her at the point were heaps of brown curls cascading down her head. But the man did cover most of the indecency. She grinned once more.Â
âAw, doggie wants their master back?â
Honestly she wouldnât put it past the scientist to test on animals. Markus was always a lunatic.Â
Seriously? The creature obviously laughed at him, and now this? Were his drawing skills so bad? Vic looked straight in the eyes of the former monster now woman and shook his head. They couldnât do it without their human forms and that was disappointing. Not that he was shy, he just hated to turn in the middle of the hunting process. His transformation was quicker than hers. One moment he was a big black rottweiler and the next he was a naked tall man covered with scars, whose blue eyes flashed with barely held irritation. âNever ever call me âdoggieâ again, bat,â he said and pointed at the dead man, âThis sucker is not my master. I want his heart. I followed him for an hour to this quiet road, and then you nospheratuâed down and spoiled my hunt.â
With all the shit sheâs scene and herself being a walking freakshow you would think she has scene it all. No. Watching in stunned silence as the dog changed to a man right in front of her eyes, and much quicker then hers.

Her black eyes narrowed angrily. Nothing was more irritating than fake confidenceâŚ. But wait. She smelled no fear off the animal. If anything it was angry that almost matched her. Key word, almost. Most people hell. Even animals run when they see her. Why wasnât this one? What did the dog want withâŚAh. The dog had mustâve been after the man. Oliver cocked her head  slowly letting a series of questioning clicks slip from her teeth. She lowered her wing just so you could see the mans face.

It⌠Well, something told him it was a she. She was a monster bat, and he was a skinwalker. No one of them spoke anotherâs âlanguageâ, but two hungry creatures could understand each other obviously. Vic tilted his heavy square head, then barked again, now softer and without previous aggression. Yes, he wanted the human, but he didnât know how to tell her that he didnât need all of the body. He wasnât so hungry. Finally, after a little hesitation, he walked even closer, growled to get more of the batâs attention and âdrewâ a heart shape on the concrete with his front paw. Hopefully, he thought, she wonât decide that heâs in love with the human in her claws.

Oliverâs growl shook her whole body and she continued to fly through the night. It was nice to finally be able to fly under the radar without having to worry about someone seeing her. But finding this man was no easy task, and frankly was becoming quite bothersome now. âSpeak of the devilâ she thought snidely seeing the man only a couple yards from her. Adrenaline kicked in, her heart pounded and her wings starting moving on insint. Her claws spread in anticipation, her teeth bared as she neared closer and then she pounced.
He hardly put up a fight. Squirmed a bit and yelled random cuss words in english and french. But she could spell the fear coming off him. Along with another scent. That other smell was followed up with a loud growl and oliver froze. She slowly turned to face the growl  to see a dog. A really big dog. This.. thing couldnât be human. She hunched slightly covering her victim with her wing. She let out a loud screech. It was nearly impossible to understand her when you was fully transformed. Hopefully the dog would get the pictureÂ
Vic shifted back again when the other creature glanced at him. It looked like a huge bat, but no way in Hell it was one. If he was able to chuckle now, he wold do it because his first thought was Jeepers Creepers. Most people would probably think of Dracula, but the dog wasnât a big fan of it. The world was full of monsters, he learned this after becoming one, and the fact that he saw this âbatâ first time didnât mean a lot. What meant a lot was the man, hidden under big wings. It could turn into a big mistake and a big trouble, but all Vicâs life was a trouble. Answering at the screech, he barked loudly and walked forward, baring his teeth. It was his prey, he wasted so many time to track it. It belonged to him, at least the heart.
Her black eyes narrowed angrily. Nothing was more irritating than fake confidence.... But wait. She smelled no fear off the animal. If anything it was angry that almost matched her. Key word, almost. Oliver taped her nails on the counter impatiently staring at Cath. Â She had abounded her notes several minutes earlier to focus on her friend. Well. Not exactly a friend, Truth be told she wasnât exactly sure what this relationship would be called. Coach and student seemed like an enjoyable idea but cath didnât find it as assuming as she did
He came to her for help with control. She felt openminded that night and to study different types of âMonstersâ seemed like much need closure. But here they were three months in and she was still perpetually confused with the others abilities.
âWell.. no time like the presentâ
âCath? How are you feeling lately?â
They were patient. They lived long enough to become very patient about things so they could wait three months or longer for the result of their experiments. They also had faith in their new companion. Cath saw that Oliver did her best to help and after all this time she kept their relationship in secret what also helped her earn the creatureâs trust. âIâm not sure,â they shrugged, âMy human part barely showed itself recently, but itâs probably because Iâm replete and calm, but it doesnât mean, I should lose my caution. It happened before and it can happen again. Putting myself in danger unfortunately verges with putting everyone in danger.â
Oliver raised an eyebrow âI see, and the treatments?â she leaned back in her chair âI know their not much at the moment but how are they working for you? If self mediation and structures of balance and power are not working with helping you maintain your control we could always try something more medicinal..â
