I need to remember to stay away from dark places and people while making sure i dont fall back into isolation. Just understanding and recognizing it is half he battle. My weekend was great but it only took only one peron to bring down my high. I tried to ignore that person and push myself to continue my journey of recovery. Amzing how things hit you when you need to hear it most. Isaiah 41:10 "Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand".

Just wanted to thank Toni Brandon and her family for helping take care of me. This woman is a saint and has a heart of gold. Without them in my life, my journey would surely be unbearable alone. Whatever happens, never let it take you down. Be strong and believe in yourself. Learn to really love yourself no matter what your circumstances in life bring you... "slow down on the feelings - use your head - if your head is questioning things - then slow down to protect your heart.
