TERMS OF SERVICE

CONDUCT

1. Make sure to write clearly what you want, and have references available. Doesn't matter if the reference is an art piece or a real life image.

2. NO AI REFERENCES. This is a big deal please do not give me any references that have been generated by my AI, this will have me no longer accepted your commission.

3. All commissions payments must be through PayPal. If you REALLY cannot do PayPal cash app is also acceptable.

4. No using my art to, train AI, sell merchandise, sell my art, trade NFT's, 'make better' with AI.

5. Any questions aboutTOS please ask BEFORE agreeing.

6. Unable to do any of these things and payment will be declined.

PAYMENT

1. As stated above all payment must be done through PayPal and if necessary Cashapp.

2. When you commission me half the payment is upfront. 50% up front When the commission is done then you send the rest of the payment. 50% after

3. If there is a transfer fee it will be paid by you. This is to ensure I get all the money for my work.

PROCESS

1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed once commission is started.

2. During the sketch stage any reversion to the sketch you would like done, as long as it doesn't change the subject of the commission, can be done!

3. During the line art stage the line art will be sent to you to correct anything wrong, after you send the corrections they will be fixed and sent once again for double checking. If not fixed more info or references will be asked, after it is fixed no more changes will be made.

4. During the color stage, the completed colored art will be sent, if colors are wrong it will be corrected once. After that it will not be corrected again.

5. Once shading is done will pop in once more time to make sure shading is to your liking, you get one more fix after that. Once shading is done art (unless it has a background) is considered completed.

6. Background will need a HEAVY reference, you will get a maximum of 3 revisions on the background.

7. Once the art is considered completed you can no longer get any revisions on the art work.

Cancellation + Refund policy

1. DM right away if you want to cancel the commission, if the commission is canceled then you get your money back and NO ART is kept from me.

2. Refunds BEFORE artwork is completed is allowed. If you get the sketch then you just pay for the sketch, ect.

3. Once artwork is completed you will no longer be able to ask for a refund as the art work is already done

Anyway working on my CRK oc Golden Dream Cookie. And uh, I cannot decide on a fit dog. Ngl is mainly between 1 and 3 rn. [POLL AT END]

1. This one, more less true to the second concept art. Wanted to make the robe more like the ones you fall asleep in :3 so he kinda looks ready for bed, but in a weird not fully kinda way?

2. Then we have this one! I wasnt sure fully what i was doing i just wanted something with socs- this feels like him trying to blend in with other cookies by JUST changing clothes so maybe not a main fit but like one that would be a Gacha pull ya know?

3. LAST ONE I made. I kinda was shadow milk pilled with how shadow milk has full body suit and shoved it onto him. I also decided to add stars to his cape, thought that would be cool >:3 I do feel like this gives a more ominous or guardian like vibe. Which is kinda the goal with the guardian thingy. Idk I like this one, but 1 also is kinda banger for his charater.

Here is 1, 2, and 3 all next to eachother. No. 2 wont be on here since ima keep that one as a outfit change one lol

Anyway Pierrot my beloved, I fear you stole my heart with how fucking cute you can be. You lucky bastard I normally hate Yandere's but you are the accpetion.

ANYWAY designed my Mc based on me and my sona. (Working on getting jellyfish cut irl) Genuinely think it's funny if Pierrot falls in love with my MC cause bro loves yellow and LOVES stars (cause...yeah that's my favorite color and shape) and hey! Yellow star is his symbol! And this human was so sweet? It must be FATE that they met right?

Also! Ignore how BAD my Pierrot drawings are I do not know how to draw his ass.

Bouncing off the Anniversary Post, I want to give a little guide in sending off emails for the show to continue! On Twitter, notifying LEGO about how much we enjoy the show has been an ongoing trend, and it seems like folks have re-taken the initiative and started asking / reinforming the help desk folks about how much they wish for the show to continue, which is good!

And I will encourage you all to continue doing that! Let LEGO know! However, I also want to put everyone on emailing Tubi, as they are the most recent streaming app/site that recently got the show added to their site recently back in April!

Having said that, they are still missing a chunk of the show ( S3-S5 ), as well as them actually having the files inside the system, but just...hasn't release them yet? ( Frame of S4E2 somehow winds up on the S3 Special Load )

SO! Here's what we are going to do! Once on Tubi, you can select the "?" on the upper right-hand, then select " Contact Support." Then, fill out the form with the appropriate fields, and then, add the following text into the message box:

" Hello! I am reaching out to get confirmation if the remainder of the seasons of Lego Monkie Kid will be added into the Tubi catalogue: Currently, it is missing season 3 thru season 5. This series and its specials and series has been split across so many platforms, and it would be wonderful to finally have one location for the whole show! Thank you for your time!"

You can add variations obviously, but keep it courteous, kind, and normal: don't send messages screaming or all-capsing please, and don't send off 500 spam/automated emails either! Send one off your individual account, and then you're done! ✨
