Just a friendly reminder that health doesn’t come in a day. This is 3 years difference and i’ve had my ups, my downs and i’ve screwed up more times than i can count. But i haven’t stopped trying and now I can safely say that i am somewhat starting to accept my body I’m so embarrassed to post this and it actually makes me sick looking at that first photo, but when i have my bad days i can just look back at this photo and see how far i’ve come. Use yourself as motivation 👊
