Sarah J. Maas Preorder Offer FAQ:

1. Does it matter what retailer I preorder from or what version of the book I choose?

Nope! This offer applies to preorders from any and all retailers and both print and ebooks.

2. What counts as “proof of preorder”?

The image must show you’ve purchased ACOFAS. You can upload your confirmation email, a screenshot of your order confirmation, or even a photo of the order confirmation on your phone or computer. PDF and jpeg images are preferred.

3. How will I know if you received my submission?

When you submit at the site linked here, you’ll see a screen that says “submission was successful.” Due to the volume of submissions, we can’t confirm receipt of individual submissions. The form closes on April 30 at 11:59pm GMT (this is London time, please plan accordingly).

4. I preordered more than one copy. Can I get more than one pin?

Yes, but you must submit each proof of preorder separately for each book you purchased. Each copy of ACOFAS you preorder counts toward a pin but duplicate submissions of the same order (of only one book) will be disqualified.

5. When will I receive my pin?

We will start sending the prizes out at on sale and will ship them throughout the month of May. Please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery. If it’s June 30 and you haven’t received your pin, you may contact @bloomsburykids on Twitter. Note that due to the volume, the mailing process takes several weeks, so people will receive their prizes in waves. Don’t panic if you see a friend with a pin and yours hasn’t come yet! All preorder questions and complaints must be made by 9/1/2018.

Is anyone else tired of these awards shows?

Not that the groups that won don’t deserve awards or that they didn’t work hard but it’s getting a bit predicatable and tedious for BTS, EXO, Twice, and Wanna One to win most of the awards. It’s literally a popularity contest.

I wish there was an awards show for less popular groups. Like what about Pentagon, Boyfriend, B.A.P, CLC, Loona, EXID, SF9, BLANC7, Dreamcatcher, Infinite, Highlight, etc? I just wish there was a chance for groups like this to get more opportunities to be nominated and perform at awards shows.

I’m so tired of everything being a popularity contest in kpop. Tired of everything being a fanwar with people tearing down other groups.

We have to do better.
