@itshazelnut
Replenish me.
Fill me up God.
I need to be me. That is all I need.

Excerpt
I just want to be loved.
That's all she wants. To have someone to love and to hold.
When it doesn't seem enough
I know You will guide me through this.
Pet therapy is real. Thank you my Kuro-Chan for taking all my anxiety and fears away.
I miss walking and talking in the morning with Jesus.
But if the sun don't shine forever, you've got to let it go.
Choose happiness.
Working/career history
1. I started working when I was 16. I worked through my high school, college and univeristy
2. I was 21 yrs old when I started working as an RPN in acute care. I saved money and traveled and helped my parents financially during this time (I've been contributing financially in our household since I was 16). At 23 yrs of age, I decided to pursue my degree in nursing.
3. I continued to work in the hospital while in school pulling night shifts especially during the weekends. I paid for my own tuition for the 3 years that I was there (tuition alone for 3 yrs I was there came to 25,000 dollars). I continued to support my dad financially while doing all this. I got bursaries and scholarship worth 5,000 dollars during my univeristy. Thank you Jesus! Finally, I Graduated summa cumlaude and had a job waiting even before I graduated.
4. Right now, I've been working in the same hospital since I was 21 and it's been 8.5 years. Omg. I still can't believe how much things have changed in 8.5 years.
5. I am now 30 yrs of age, I bought a house with my fiancée when I turned 28 (my number 1 goal in life) with most of my savings and now, I honestly feel like I'm ready to do less and increase my quality of life. To let go of things that doesn't serve me and enrich my life.
It sounds like an exhausting journey or at least it feels like it. However, I am always amazed of how far I've come. Sometimes or often times, I pause during my days off and ask God, what else could or should have I done to live and love this life you've given me?
Of course I've had some regrets. I wished I traveled more since I had that extra money to do so. I wished I took care of myself more instead of worrying about others.
Life and God has revealed so many things to me that I thought were impossible. The key I think is to always keep moving forward. The road was never easy but being open to the right opportunities and guidance is what got me here. Life choices becomes complicated as we mature. When do I start having kids? How can make my savings grow? How can I increase my productivity and be grateful and love life without feeling burnt out ? These are just some of the questions I have in my mind.
Through all this, I am now reminded of how my faith helped me to get through this. For making myself believing for that my dreams are meant to be real. That God never leads us where his presence and guidance is not present. That He knows our purpose and we need to do is listen. Listen to what our body and mind already knows. See, I believe that we are born with God given qualities to serve our purpose in life. We are given missions to fulfill our needs and desires in life that will later on, serve the needs of people and the society around us. Your role or title does not have to be prestigious. You just to discover your talents so you can share it to the world.
As I continue my journey, I constantly ask myself where I should be next. What does God want me to do next.
