Lucas smiled even wider when Leo complimented it and huffed out a laugh, looking down and started walking along the much taller man. âThanks, Leo.â He slipped his hands into his pockets casually and hummed. âWere you in a bad mood? Did someone piss you off? Why did you throw your lighter at me?â He wanted to know.Â
âIâm always in a bad mood.â he admitted, though he was partially joking about the fact. He just seemed royally pissed no matter what. âNeed a new lighter, thatâs all.â Leo chuckled to the numerous questions asked, finding all the talking to be oddly comforting after being in the quiet for hours. âYou wanna head to that restaurant nearby? Itâs not exactly pancakes, but you canât go wrong with Italian.â he wasnât even sure why he was asking, but it slipped out nonetheless.
